RENTAL AGREEMNENT

This rental agreement is made and executed on this 18 May 2016, Hyderabad T.S
by:
, aged about 41 years, Occ: business, R/o House No. bad, T.S.
Hereinafter called the TENANT which term shall mean and include all heirs,
successors, legal representatives, administrators, assigns etc., of the ONE PART.
IN FAVOR OF
Mr.MOHD NAWSAB AHMED S/O MOHD. ZAMEERUDDIN aged about 64 YEARS,
Occ : Business, resident of H. No. 12-1-925/1/2, Mallepally, Hyderabad, T.S.
Hereinafter called the LANDLORD which term shall mean and include all heirs,
successors, legal representatives, administrators, assigns etc., of the OTHER PART.

Whereas the above named Landlord is the absolute owner and possessor of property
bearing shop No. 12-2-36/29/5, zeba bagh, Asif nager, Hyderabad, T.S hereinafter
called the scheduled property.
And whereas being in need of premises the tenant approached to the landlord and
requested to let out the said property on a monthly rent of Rs. 4500/- ( Rupees Four
Thousand five hundred only) and the landlord agreed to let out the same on the
following terms and conditions:
NOW THIS RENTAL; AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

That the Tenancy commencing from 1st June 2016 this rental agreement for the
period of (11) months for advertising business.
That the tenant shall be entitled to pay the monthly rent of Rs4,500/- ( Rupees
Four Thousand five hundred only) which shall be paid on or before 5 th of every
English calendar month without arrears to be accumulated.
That the above mentioned rent is excluding electricity consumption charges which
shall be paid by the tenant.

That the tenant shall keep the let-out property in neat and clean condition without
any wastage and damages. And the tenant shall not make any major repair or
alterations without written permission of the landlord and the return the premises
in as it is condition.
That the Tenant shall not sublease the let out the schedule property to any other
person or persons.
That the Tenant shall permit the Landlord or his representative to inspect the let
out premises at all reasonable times.
That both the parties shall serve (2) months prior notice for the termination of this
rental agreement.
That this Rental Agreement can further be extended with the mutual consent of
both the parties subject to the conditions with the enhancement of rent i.e. 10%
on every renewal.
That the Tenant have deposited a sum of Rs 40,000 (Rupees Four Thousand five
hundred only) which shall be refunded at the time of vacating the premises without
any interest, that the tenant has paid running rent in advance.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the tenant & Landlord signed this rental agreement with their
own free will on this the day, month and year first mentioned above in the presence of
