TERMS AND CONDITIONS EX GERMANY

1. Prices are NETT ex TOA Electronics Germany bonded warehouse.
2. All export orders must be paid for in full and clear into our bank account and on receipt of forwarders/shippers details before orders will
be placed with the Germany warehouse.
3. Stock availability must be confirmed by the client when placing the order. Stock will only be placed on reserved list once full payment
has been received for the order.
4. Stock availability subject to change without prior notice.
5. All taxes and duties are for the clients account.
6. Guarantee: One year on all equipment but does not cover damage due to misuse, tampering and wear and tear.
7. Prices are fixed in USD for 60 days from date of quotation.
8. All shipping, clearing and insurance costs are for the importers account. The importer is to arrange collection and shipping of the order.
9. The forwarding company collecting on your behalf in Germany must be able to provide a T1 document. (The T1 document applies for
goods produced outside the European Union [EU], but are actually physically present with the EU borders and have not yet been cleared
or re-exported. These goods are not part of free trade. A T1 document is obligatory for shipping these not [yet] cleared goods within the
EU.)
10. Pre-Inspection: this is for the clients account if applicable for the country of import. (For more information, contact your Bureau of
Standards or relevant government body.)
11. All our products are packaged export ready. Any additional packaging required must be by instruction from the client to their
shipper/forwarder.
12. South African Law and South African Forum for any litigation or arbitration.
