Form INC 29 INTEGRATED INCORPORATION FORM

Step-1 File form DIR-3 (Digital Signature Certificate)
Documents Required

Duly attested copy of PAN card (for Indian National) / Copy of Passport (for Foreign
National)

Residential Proof (Electricity bill/ Telephone bill/ Bank a/c statement) not older than 2
months form the date of applying DIR-3 for Indian National and not older than 1 year
for foreign national.

Directors not having DIN number can apply the DIN application in Form INC-29 itself by
submitting the following information & documents:

Personal details, Occupational details, Educational qualifications

PAN number(Indian National) / Passport number (Foreign National)

Proof of Identity

Proof of Residential Address

Step-2 Preparation & Submission of Form INC-29

Capital structure of the company

State in which the company is to be incorporated along with the correspondence

address.

Main Objects of the company

SINGLE proposed name of the company & its significance

NOC from the owner of trademark if the name of proposed company is already a
registered trademark.

Particulars of First Directors of the company/Shareholders/Promoters

1. Consent to act as director in form DIR-2
2. Personal Details
3. Proof of Identity
4. Proof of Residential Address
(If the subscriber is a body corporate, a copy of certificate of incorporation of
foreign body corporate is required)
5. Affidavit in Form INC-9 & affidavit of deposits duly notarized & apostilled
6. Specimen Signature of the first director in form INC-10 duly certified by the
banker
7. A duly attested Board Resolution of the parent company approving initial
investment in the proposed company

Memorandum of Association (MOA) & Articles of Association (AOA)

Declaration by the Professional who is engaged in the formation of the company in

form INC-8

The form is processed by Central Registration Centre and the Certificate of Incorporation shall
be issued within 7-10 working days in Form INC-11.
