In response to your public record request dated May 22-28, 2016, a search of our records

(53hrs labor @ 17.47/hr with the first hour free). Upon receipt of a deposit of $908.44 the

I am sorry Ms. Driver, but your attached response cannot be tied to any specific records requests
in my files and therefore fails to comply with Title X, Chapter 119. Additionally, the costs you
claim are associated with multiple requests over a long period of time, lumped together make it
impossible to determine what costs are being requested for what individual records, and thus is
again, not in compliance with Title X, Chapter 119.
Therefore, at this time I am requesting public records in accordance with Title X, Chapter 119
and the Florida Constitution from the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office as follows;
1. Any and all documents, spread sheets, calculations, formulate or notes of any kind that either
you or the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office used to calculate the $104.82 fee or the 7 hours of
labor sated in your attached May 23, 2016 email,
2. The last payroll record for the individual who prepared the estimate for the 7 hours of labor
and the $104.82 fee,

3. Any emails sent to or from you related in any form or manner to my records requests, the fee
and labor calculations and your email attached hereto that you had sent on May 23, 2016.

we are still researching that request.
Additionally, please note you have already been provided the portion of your request for
report #SO16-15027.
