While engaged from August 2015 to October 2015: For a U.S. Pacific Northwest state board that administers
leadership and coordination for the states 34 public community and technical colleges:
*Provided PeopleSoft FSCM v.9.2 PostProduction Support for a multi-project phase, over $100M higher project
primarily towards Procure-to-Pay processing at a community college that averages 14K student enrollment.
*Guided campus Procure-to-Pay team thru business process reengineering/improvements as well as
continued change management efforts

*Strategized with campus Director of Finance towards Procure-to-Pay efficiencies to propel campus towards
operational improvements
*Participated with Ciber Sales/Solutions PeopleSoft FSCM v.9.2 efforts responding to RFP pursuits
While engaged from October 2014 to July 2015: For a City government located in central New York:
Led Phase II PeopleSoft FSCM v.9.1 Change Management $2.3M project roll-out involving over 25
Department/Bureaus/Boards and over 120 identified City PeopleSoft FSCM V.9.1 end users
Ensured project change initiatives met project objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee
adoption and usage
Engaged with client to understand the big picture, proactively position value, and assist with execution

Great Lakes region and is the 23rd largest state in the U.S.:
*Served in a variety of project roles for the PeopleSoft FSCM v.9.2 project initially as the PeopleSoft FSCM
v.9.2 Chart of Accounts (COA) Lead, then assumed PeopleSoft FSCM v.9.2 Accounts Payable/Expenses
Module Lead role, and lastly served as an Enterprise Organizational Change Management Lead to the State
Dept of Administrative Services (DOAS) to provide oversight ensuring DOAS remained on-point and on-task
with project tasks
*Mobilized, planned, and analyzed project Mobilize, Plan, and Analyze project phases guiding 57+ state
agencies through PeopleSoft FSCM v.9.2 Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, and Commitment Control
activities via presentations, conference room pilot sessions, and various task exercises.
*Strategized with client directors and C-level executives.
*Delivered presentation for sales opportunities that include both Accenture as well as Oracle PeopleSoft senior
leadership personnel.
*Project involved 57 agencies, 25K-35K users, and was a $58.7M project engagement.
While engaged from November 2013 to January 2014: For Accentures Enterprise Services for Government
(AESG) practice:
*Developed best practices/methodology for implementation towards PeopleSoft General Ledger v.9.2 and
Commitment Control v.9.2 functionality development efforts.

*Prepared for upcoming U.S. state government project mobilizations and further refinement of the go-to-market
AESG PeopleSoft v.9.2 platform.
*Provided Request for Proposal (RFP) responses towards sales client prospects.
While engaged from March 2013 to October 2013: For a U.S. State Government located in the South Atlantic
region and the oldest of the 13 original U.S. colonies:
*Served as the PeopleSoft FSCM Chart of Accounts v.9.1 leading/managing U.S. state government client
resources and Accenture resources during this Phase III Project effort during the Analysis, Design, and
inception of Build project phases.
*Guided 143+ state agencies through understanding how current Chart of Accounts elements as well as budget
structures would operate within PeopleSoft FSCM v.9.1 via over 12 kickoff conference room presentations
and over 50 scheduled appointment office hours sessions with agency financial officers involving reviewing/
consulting ChartField mapping exercises and Budget Structure task exercises.
*Partnered with change leadership team during project efforts.
*Strategized with client directors and C-level executives.
While engaged from May 2012 to February 2013: For a subsidiary of Ascension Health that is an end-to-end
resource and supply management organization at a hospital with more than 16K associates and 3K physicians
as the largest employer in Indiana:
*Served as the Supply Chain Off-Purchase Order/Check Request Transition Lead for a hospital system which
operates 20 facilities in over 46 Indiana counties to prepare supply chain personnel for the upcoming transition
to PeopleSoft FSCM v.9.1 implementation anticipated for May 2014.
*Project involved over 400 supply chain-oriented hospital associates with webinar educational sessions and
strategy sessions with C-level executives/Senior Supply Chain Directors showcasing over 75% hospital supply
chain personnel compliance with transition efforts.
*Managed over 3200 requesters and implemented workflow to allow the hospital system to maintain and track
with ease those individuals with requester privileges.
*Managed vendor selection efforts for inclusion to the upcoming PeopleSoft eSupplier Connection v.9.1
module.
While engaged February 2011 to March 2012: For the largest U.S. non-profit health system and the worlds
largest Catholic health system headquartered in Greater St. Louis, MO:
*Assumed lead responsibilities as the PeopleSoft FSCM v.9.1 General Ledger Lead during the Test and Deploy
project phases managing Business Analysts and working closely with the client Director of Finance on project
implementation and deployment efforts.
*Provided on-site hospital Finance department month-end close support for the alpha deployment site in
Pensacola, FL and beta deployment site in Mobile, AL.
*Prepared over 20+ PeopleSoft v.9.1 JobAid documents to aid the end-user community and received
*Accentures January 2012 Employee Recognition Winner for those efforts.
