Designed the fair value valuation model for reverse mortgage servicing rights, achieving buyoff from bank

Established an investment portfolio totaling $30 million which received approval of the bank Board and
federal regulators. Portfolio was subject to quarterly regulatory review and audit.
Strategic development of business models to maximize cash flow and improve capital position and interest
rate spreads, while achieving significant cost savings and acceptable interest rate risk.
In partnership with CFO, managed the banks interest rate risk, which required thorough understanding of
proprietary IRR models.
Provided leadership and direction to accounting, secondary, and administrative and operations staff.
Integral member of management team responsible for positioning the reverse mortgage division for sale at
an attractive premium to Bank of America. Developing creative strategies that allowed transaction to move

Developed and delivered national presentations to potential investors and rating agencies resulting in the
bank becoming the first rated servicer for reverse mortgages (Standard & Poors.)
