Functional Objective:
To position DIGI World Digital & Electronics (Consumer Durable and Home Appliances) Store in India and IT/Mobile for
Gujarat Entire.
2. Position Objectives:
1. Sales, business development, operations, sales promotion, Expansion of New Stores & Rollout Plan with other
Departments.
2. For Existing & New Digiworlds Preparing Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly achieving Sales Target, Promotional
Budgets.
3. Developing and executing effective retail marketing plans as per local market.
4. Plan & Execute marketing activities to generate footfalls and track the ROI for activities at the Digiworld as per
Corporate guidelines.

5. Maintain Merchandise display & up keep of the Digiworld.


6. Ensure profitability of the City / Region/Zone. Also Manage MOP (Market Operating Price) of products.
7. Analyze business plan vs. actual sales brand wise/product wise, model mix wise maintaining stock availability.
8. Organizing Digiworld staff( ISD) training on regular basis to educate / improve demonstrators skills etc
9. Study existing Digiworld footfalls, average sales, customer feedback, dealer / franchise feedback/ customer
feedback or satisfaction at store level
10. Competition brand shop tracking, display arrangements, sales promotion schemes and benchmarking accordingly
to existing and proposed Digiworld.
11. Coordinate new Digiworld opening, pricing, brand wise market size & market share.
12. Identifying new franchisee / potential investor, convincing them with ROI model in DIGI World and submitting their
proposal to Branch / Corporate Office.
13. MIS / Reporting to HO / Branch as per guidelines / information required.
