Now Ambit energy is having 1.2 million customers in 14 states of USA.

As per the law, customers can choose the supplier who ever they want, if the
customer refers 15 customers to choose the same supplier (Ambit Energy),
he will get a referral credit and this will be shown in the invoice as we see
below.
There are two parts of bill and this bill come from the electricity distributing
company. From customer perspectivethere is no change in the bill.
The bill will have two charges.
1 is Generation charges.
2 is Distribution charges.
Now, for all the SAP implemented companies, are they going to change the
rates for the ambit energy generation charges.
2) are they going to change the SAP bill forms for showing all these Ambit
generation charges and customer referral credit charges.
