INTERIM UNDERTAKING TO BE EXECUTED BY THE PRIVATE

MANAGEMENTS WHO INTEND TO ESTABLISH A NEW COLLEGE TO ABIDE

BY THE CONDITIONS OF NO GRANTS FOREVER BASIS
Notwithstanding anything contained in the grant-IN-aid code prescribed for the Commerce,
Arts, Science, BCA, BBM, BSW, MSW, B.Ed/B.Ped/M.Ed colleges

Sri Sri Sri Dr. Nirmalanandanatha Mahaswamiji, President, Sri Adichunchanagiri Shikshana
Trust (R.), Sri Adichunchanagiri, Nagamangala Taluk, Mandya District, hereby give this
undertaking as follows:
1. The management of Sri Adichunchanagiri Shikshana Trust (R.), Sri Adichunchanagiri,
Nagamangala Taluk, Mandya District hereby agree to run the proposed college BGS
First Grade College, B G Nagara, Nagamangala Taluk, Mandya District, no grant
forever basis i.e. without making claim under the provisions of grant-in-aid code
prescribed to private Commerce, Arts, Science, BCA, BBM, BSW, MSW,
B.Ed/B.Ped/M.Ed /MBA & Law colleges.
2. The management at no time in future will make any representation to the government
on the ground that they are not in a position to run the college and request the
government to take over the institution because of financial constraints etc., and to
grant financial aid in the changed circumstances.
3. The management will execute such undertaking /agreement as required / to be
prescribed in future on such paper and before such authority and within such time to
be specified in future.
4. The management is aware that the permission granted/ to be granted now is subject to
the execution of above undertaking/ agreement (as mentioned in clause - 3) and the
management do not have any right to seek affiliation or right to run the college on the
basis of this temporary / interim undertaking.
5. I am authorized to execute this undertaking on behalf of the management and the
relevant provision in the bye laws of the trust (as the case may be) and or the
resolution of the governing body is enclosed herewith (the resolution shall have the
signature of the members present)
