10th, 2015, by which you seek the Department of Justice and Public Safety, in the name of
the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) of the Embassy of the United States of
America in Haiti, an authorization to transfer to the United States of America, The sirs
Efrain Antonio CAMPO-Flores and Franqui Francisco FLORES-de Freitas, two
individuals of Venezuelan nationality, currently being sought by the United States for illicit
trafficking of cocaine.
In response to your request, I hereby inform you that your application has been
approved. Instructions have been given to the Central Director of Judiciary Police (Directeur
Central de la Police Judiciaire DCPJ, in French), in order to take all measures necessary for
this purpose.
