I have the advantage in the name of "Drug Enforcement Administration'' (DEA) of the Embassy of the
United States of America in Haiti, to present to you my compliments and inform you that, as a result
of our bilateral efforts in the control of narcotics, I have the honor to express to you again my deep
appreciation for the excellent work done by the National Police of Haiti, throughout our ongoing
collaboration.
In addition, I request your authorization to transfer to the United States of America, Mr. Efrain
Antonio CAMPO-Flores and Mr. Franqui Francisco FLORES-de Freitas; two individuals sought
in the United States for illicit trafficking of cocaine. I can inform you that a Judge in New York has
indicted them for distribution of cocaine and authorized an arrest warrant against them, in violation of
Title 21 of the Judicial Code of the United States.
The precise contact details of Mr. Efrain Antonio CAMPO-Flores and Mr. Franqui Francisco
FLORES-de Freitas are the following:

Stupfiants - BLTS). Consequently, I also ask you to kindly allow the one responsible for the Central
Office of the Judicial Police (DCPJ) and the Office for the Control Against the Trafficking Of
Narcotic Drugs (BLTS) to transfer Efrain Antonio CAMPO-Flores and Franqui Francisco FLORESde Freitas over to the DEA, in order to be sent to the United States of America, with the purpose of
placing them before the Federal Magistrate, who directs the legal file for this case.
