The parties signed a premarital agreement (agreement) on _______________________. A

true and correct copy of said premarital agreement is attached as exhibit 1 to the declaration of

NAME OF MOVING PARTY contends that the court should vacate the premarital

agreement and declare it invalid and unenforceable pursuant to Family Code 1615 on the following

26 Moving party did not execute the agreement voluntarily as their consent was obtained as a

result of duress, fraud, or undue influence;
