TECHNICAL DIRECTOR PRODUCT MANAGEMENT MOBILE SOLUTIONS, NEW YORK, NY (2012 to 2016)
Assumed leadership over new mobile capture component, designed to capture documents from mobile devices
with excellent quality mainly for banking and finance sectors. Hired to lead product and all development,
expanding team to eight staff members engaged on delivery and quality assurance. Oversaw all aspects of the
entire product life cycle from strategic planning and tactical aspects, managing Mobile Development Group while
working on future strategy/product roadmap and collaborating with various technology groups (internal and

Tapped to lead new expansion in Australia from the ground up. Oversaw all recruiting, hiring and training to
ensure delivery of successful solutions for document processing using companys eFlow platform with OCR
capabilities over .NET Platform and Web Technologies. Mentored staff of seven engineers and two project
managers while coordinating with various clients. Assisted major partners in Australia with business development,
solution design and challenge mitigation. Supported presales activities, delivered presentations and demos,
prepared prototypes to prove technology. Directed full solutions from requirements analysis through design,
development, testing and final deployment. Transferred to New York after success of Australia project to oversee
major new venture above.

Improved productivity by 85% through design of Medical Claim Processing system in conjunction with two
other engineers, automating process to read medical forms with OCR technology and validate data.
