Abstract
This study aimed to know and discover the managers attitudes applying the knowledge
management and their programs in Algerian public organisations, we know that the knowledge
management is not applied as comprehensive approach in all Algerian organizations. We see some
programs and activities that is aimed to manage explicit knowledge, like intranet networks,
knowledge bases, and databases etc. But there is no interested about the tacit knowledge,
therefore, this study was emphasis on a number of elements which the implementation of
knowledge management is depended on it, in the public organizations, and know if these elements
are available by level it contributes to applications of knowledge management in organizations or
not ? From the managers opinion , these elements are:
The level of a carrying out the core processes for (k. M) like: production knowledge, creation ,
implementation, participation, distribution, and application knowledge.
The level of human resources readiness to applying (k. M) and there programs.
The level of technologys readiness to applying (k. M) and there programs . The level of available
knowledges merge, which majoring in practices and deferent managerial activities.
In order to achieve the objectives of this study. The researcher was preparing a questionnaire, for
gathering of a primacy datas from individuals of organizations , the questionnaire include ( 46 ) a
paragraph that covered the core elements, a gathering and analysis of datas flowed, and
experimentation of hypotheses, the counting of a (SPSS )is by employment of bundle, and
description of distance of analyzing, performance for study, analyzing of difference satisfied study.
The study was reached to one important result witch is : there is not readiness to applying(k. M)
and there programs in Algerians society.
