Bangalore Events a sports Event Management is pleased to announce their 12 th,
Edition of The Inter Corporate Tennis ball Cricket Fest scheduled on July 9th,
10th, 16th, 17th, 23rd, 24th, & August 6th, 7th, 20th, 21st, 27th, 28th, 2016, at St.
Johns Medical College Sports Complex, Koramangala, Bangalore..
The Matches will be played only on Week Ends. (Saturdays & Sundays)
This will be a 11-a side tournament of 10 over each innings.
The matches will start from 7.30 am to 4.30 pm on all days mentioned
above.
Two early Birds discount: Two teams that confirm with entry fee payment
on or before Monday January , 18th, 2016 will get a 10% rm with the 10%
discount on the entry fee only. To book a slot for the tournament you can
confirm with participation fees availing the discount..
Last date for registration : Monday April 4th, 2016 with payment of
participation fees. If not availing early bird discount.
Tournament dates : July 9th, 10th, 16th, 17th, 23rd, 24th, & August 6th, 7th,
20th, 21st, 27th, 28th, 2016.
Venue : St. Johns Medical College Sports Complex, Koramangala,
Bangalore.
The Participation fees is: Rs. 14, 000/- excluding Jerseys .
The Participation fees is. Rs. 21,700/- ( Including Jerseys (only the Top . for
14 players ) @ Rs.550/- per Jersey.
Order for Jerseys will be accepted only after Payment.
There would a cash prize for only the Winners Champions Cup .
Rs.18,000/- on the entry fee , For Winners only of the Champions Cup
including Cup and Individual prizes.
The above Cash prize will be given for Winners only of the Champions Cup
and if only there are 32 teams registered in the tournament.
If there are 24 teams or 27 teams registered cash prize will be Rs. 8,000/- for
Winners of Champions Cup only.

If there are less than 24 teams registered there will be no cash prizes.

If any team taking a discount on the participation fees the


cash prize will get 50% of the cash prize. Cash prize in only for
the Winners of the Champions Cup.
Please Note : Once participation fees paid there would be no
refund of the fees on any circumstances. However the same
could be carried over to the immediate next tournament. The
fees will not be allowed if not availing in the next immediate
tournament.
This is to inform you that early bird discount will be given only if the
payment is made on or before January 18th, 2016. Confirming on or before
the last date for early bird discount will not get the discount unless the
payment is made on or before the last date for early bird discount.
A maximum of 32 teams will be accommodated on first cum first serve
basis. There will be a 4 Cup in the same tournament (Champions Trophy,
Classic Cup, Challengers Cup & Premier Cup )
If there are only 16 teams participating we will have four cups pattern The
Champions Cup , The Classic Cup, The Challengers Cup The Premier Cup .
If there are 12/ 24 teams we will have Three cups pattern.
Teams to qualify for the knock stage will have to complete all League
matches. Teams who give a walk over in the league matches will not be
qualified for the knock out stage. Teams who give a walk over in the league
matches will be disqualified from the tournament.

We have decided to award the Man of the Match for every match up to the
finals and individual awards for Best Bats Man, Highest Wicket Taker, Most
Sixes & Player of the Tournament. Trophies and individual prizes for
Winners & Runners Up for the each category. Trophy will be given to the
loosing Semi Finalists as 1st Runners.
Teams whose entry fee received on or before last date mentioned above, if
not availing early bird discount shall be considered as Confirmed
participation. The registration is on first cum first serve basis on
receiving the entry fee.
Teams requiring an invoice for processing the entry fee are requested to
please send the office postal address with designation, mobile #, Extension
# , ID Card / Employee # as the same could be sent by courier on your
intimation.
The Rules & the NRR is attached. Registration form will be sent after you
confirm participation.
Vicky Yellow Tennis Ball would be used for the tournament.
The pitch will be 21 yards i.e 63 feet in length.
