Procedure for UAE Attestation:

For Educational Documents:
Attestation by State Education Department (HRD/GAD) of
respective state + attestation from Ministry of External Affairs
(MEA) + attestation from the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates,
New Delhi
For Non-Educational Documents:
Attestation by State Home Department by the concerned State
Government/Union Territory + attestation from Ministry of External
Affairs (MEA) + attestation from the Embassy of the United Arab
Emirates, New Delhi
For Commercial Documents:
Attestation by Respective Chamber of Commerce + attestation from
Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) + attestation from the Embassy of
the United Arab Emirates, New Delhi

Dubai Visa Requirements:

1. Colour scanned Copies of Passengers Passport 1st and
last page in Jpeg formats with file name as
Passenger name
2. Passport validity should be more than six months
from the date of travel
3. Copy of passengers recent passport size color picture
with white background in JPEG Format
4. Copies of return confirm tickets
