Act to Remedy the Distress of bermensch and People

On this day of 30 June 2014, the Fhrer has decreed the following
standards for proper governance of the bermensch channel.
Article 1
The userbase shall be maintained in accordance with strict procedures.
Members found to be belonging in organizations determined to be subversive will face
a swift and permanent ban. Such organizations include, but are not limited to: The
Jewish Internet Defense Force, The Anti-Defamation League, lodges of Freemasonry,
and so on. Government agents tasked with subverting the channel shall be banned.
Users who have forged an alliance with subversive organizations but do not hold
membership shall be permanently banned.
It is forbidden to praise, promote, or otherwise disseminate subversive information,
which includes any facet of Jewish culture, freemasonry, the occult, national
governments, Marxism, and so on. Doing so will earn the user a permanent ban. It
is permissible to study content related to this information for the purposes of
education.
It is forbidden to praise figures which represent Jewish thought. For example, it is
disallowed to promote the teachings of Karl Marx, Aleister Crowley, Vladimir Lenin,
Anton LaVey, et al. The study of these characters for the purpose of information is
allowable, but this ends once information becomes propaganda.
Skip-begging, mod-begging, and other subversive tactics shall not be tolerated.
Any users forging secret alliances to challenge command shall be rooted out and
banned. The Fhrer shall remove moderators who forge subversive alliances.
Article 2
The playlist shall be maintained in accordance with strict procedures.
It is forbidden to add videos which promote and/or glorify aforementioned
organizations or figures.
It is permissible to add videos which depict degeneracy, but limits shall be followed.
Degeneracy videos in excess are henceforth considered subversive content.
Users found in violation will have their content removed and issued a warning. If
violations occur in the future, the user shall be banned.

It is forbidden to add content from known disinformation agents, most notably but
not limited to Alex Jones.
Entertaining videos are permissible for adding, such as popular films, music, and
television programs. However, it is forbidden to flood the playlist with films and
other distracting agents.
Music which promotes the message of the channel is allowed at all times, and in any
length. Common sense will be observed and the Fhrer shall determine the validity of
music added.
Article 3
The community will be built upon a system of rewards and punishment, both of which are
unwavering.
Users determined to be contributing positively to the community will earn moderator
status, the timetable of which will be determined by the Fhrer on a case-by-case
basis.
New moderators will undergo a probationary period, where their continued activity in
the community will be evaluated. Moderators will vote on the status of the new
moderator, and a 75% consensus will determine de-moderation. The user shall then
be de-moderated and return to a non-leadership role.
Users posting subversive content on a regular basis shall be permanently banned. In
addition, users who, on a regular basis, treat other users with disrespect shall be
issued a warning, and later banned. Note that this does not apply to intelligent
debate.

Article 4
The message of the community shall not be subverted in any way.
Members will acknowledge that the channel is fundamentally National-Socialist, and it
carries no other ideology. Members claiming that the channel is something
ideologically different shall be issued a warning, and later banned.
It is permissible to discuss and view content of other ideologies for educational
purposes, but discussions which praise other ideologies are forbidden to occur.
Furthermore, content which deviates from the nature of documentary and crosses into
the realm of propaganda shall be removed.
Article 5
A moderator shall work to promote the message of the channel at all times.

The duty of a moderator is to not only promote the channel from within, but actively
work to promote it on the exterior. Moderators shall not obtain their position and
become inactive. This includes the active promotion of channel advertising threads.
Moderators shall actively add content which promotes the overall message of the
channel. Moderators who fail to do so fall under the requirements outlined in article
3, section 2.
A moderator shall sharpen their eyes to subversive content and will ban any user
deemed to be actively working to subvert the channel. It is permissible to lead on a
subversive user for means of fully identifying an agent, but the end result must be a
ban.
A moderator shall employ their knowledge in order to identify unregistered users who
change their username to fool the moderator base. Unregistered users are to be
removed if they show similarities with identified agents.
