Trump vs.

America
The 2016 campaign is all anyone is talking about and Trump.
Immigration is a hot topic right now especially with the skeptical that Trump
is making out to be. Like the Pope said a person who thinks about only
building walls, wherever it may be, and not building bridges, is not a
Cristian. Trump is closing open doors not only to people who have
convicted crimes but to those who fought for their right to an opportunity, a
better life, an education.
He is implementing the idea that its okay to put down these people because
they are criminals, not American and well of course they broke the law.
According to the DailyMail, Mayte Lara was a graduate from Crocker
High School in Austin, Texas. She was valedictorian had a 4.5 the G.P.A.
received a full paid tuition to the University of Texas and to top it off
graduated with 13 medals/cords. Who wouldnt be proud of that?
For a split second she had her whole life fall perfectly into place that is until
she failed to mention she was an undocumented immigrant and everyone
misjudged her, she dropped out, she didnt accept the scholarship for
embarrassing and rude comments like this one put a while male in the same
situation: he has to take out $100K in student loans. It wasnt the G.P.A.,
honey. That was a bad situation that occurred over a young girl with hopes
and dreams all crushed, for not having the right papers. I hope she doesnt
let whats her current situation overtake her future. She could be a great
aspect and addition to America.
Obama knows how to talk to people and get them to vote for him he
knows what to say at the right time and moment and it gives him an
advantage over Trump whose language is not always appropriate, reliable,
and its profound. Immigrant children deserve the opportunity to grow and
educate themselves without the fear that will mean nothing in the end. To

believe that they can one day work for America as a doctor, Judge, or chef. If
they can prove their worthy of an opportunity, why not give it to them?
Dario Guerrero a young man who found out he was an immigrant when
he was 16 years old applying for colleges. I hadnt known until then I was
undocumented. I was 16, a high school junior, with big ambitions was I going
to have to give them all up? Many young adults can relate to this; their
parents didnt give them a choice they took that privilege away from them
when they crossed them over to America under the age of 18. Most
immigrant children dont even remember how their birth country even looks
like. What can they possibly get back to? They have to start over, forget all
about their life here in the U.S. and create a new one in a bizarre country
with customs they are not at all familiar with. Dario knew his parents did
stay in America for him to live his life his parents knew the risks but Dario on
the other hand started creating his American Dream, his life. So he knew he
had to keep trying, he walked through the doors of Harvard after being told
MIT could not accept him and he explained his situation Harvard being at
that time 6.2% of acceptance rate took and immigrant child and gave him a
full-ride scholarship. They understood the value of someones work and
challenged Dario with a bigger opportunity, college. Dario gave publishing
rights to The Washington Post.
Obama addresses how he will deal with the immigration reform and
this is how he talks about the people who lawfully crossed the country,
Felons, not families. Criminals, not children. Gang members, not a mom
whos working hard to provide for her kids. He understands the hardships
of this situation and what people do to survive. This is how Trump rewords
Obama We have a lot of bad dudes, as I said We have a lot of really bad
people here. Who would you take more serious? Not, only is his rhetoric all
over the place he sounds like a troubled kid with a really bad tantrum.
Trumps way is not at all effective he is portraying himself as this character
with no heart that wants all the bad people gone.

On the other hand, Obama pulls out all these fancy tricks from his bag,
he always knows exactly what to say, to make people feel good. Its too
perfect. He makes sure he connections with his readers. All the immigrant
families that are going to be watching him on TV about the issue that will
change their lives forever or the citizens of America that belief they should
be punished for their crime/s. The presidents speech is like a letter to
America he addresses his opinions on the issue and the solutions he has to
offer. He also sends out a message to congress. When Trumps speech is
more like demands. Now I would like to propose something. Do you honestly
believe Trump has everything under control that he can say anything and
have to magically appear with a snap from his fingers? If yes, well guess
again. A president should be someone who knows hard work not baby born
from a gold carriage. The president will be representing a population so
diverse and dipped in culture that he will not know what him. Trump only
cares about himself and the people who can give him what he wants. Once
you hand him over his throne nothing will be in his way from telling him he
cant build his Trump Tower on a homeless shelter. Or, would you like a
president loyal to all of the people who reside in America, someone who will
support and do whats best for us because he/she knows that everyone had
their own journey in order to reach where they now stand.
Who would you vote for?
