area, you are well aware that Hauula and surrounding neighborhoods are in need of a
new fire station. We understand that both owners of the abovementioned properties
wish to cooperate with the City and County of Honolulu (City). The City is currently in
the process of obtaining funds for land acquisition. Consequently, we wish to confirm
thai both owner$ are willing to sell the subject properties to the City for the proposed
new Hauula flre station when funding is secured and an appraisal is made to determine
