RENTAL AGREEMENT

THIS DEED OF RENTAL AGREEMENT de and executed on 1st day of


April 2014 (1) Smt. KRANTHI DEVI, W/O Kran Singh Kasyap, (2)
Mr.NARPAL SINGH KASYAP (3) Mr. ROHIT KUMAR KASYAP & (4) Mr.
MOHITH KUMAR KASYAP, All sons of MR> KARHAN SINGH KASYAP & all
addressed at No. 26 , Bandhwall , Hareli, Kankehi, Haridwar,
Uttaranchal, here in after called the TENANTS of one part.
AND
Sri V .V. SHANKAR, MSR Mathikere, Near Battar Hotel, MSR
Nagar, Bangalore-54 here in after called the Owner of the
other part and witness as follows:
Whereas the Owner is the sole and absolute Owner of the
schedule premises and having peaceful possession and enjoyment
of the schedule Premises. Whereas the TENANT approached to/
owner to taken the rent of the schedule premises on Owner to
the TENANT at the time of the TENANTS vacating the schedule
premises.
1. The rent period is only for eleventh months w.e.f. 0103-2015.
2. The tenant should pay the monthly rent of 7,300/-(Rupees
seven thousand three hundred only) to the owner for every
succeeding English calendar without fail. The rent should
be paid on or before 5th of every month.
3. The tenants have paid an advance amount of 40,000/(Rupees forty thousand only) to the owner by cash, the
owner hereby at knowledge the receipt of the same before
the witnesses. The advance amount shall not carry any
cause of interest, but advance amount will be paid by the
owner to the tenant at the time of the tenant vacating
the schedule premises.

4. The Tenant shall bear the electricity and water charges in


respect of the schedule premises.
5. The tenants should not sublet or underlet the premises to
any other person.
6. The tenants should not store any inflammable items and
should not deal any illegal activities in the premises.
7. The tenants should not make any alteration or additions in
the premises
8. The tenants should keep the schedule premises in a good and
tenantable condition.
9. If in case vacating the schedule premises should inform in
two months advance, one another this is applicable both the
parties i.e. owner and tenants.
10. If both the parties agreed mutually the rent period can be
extended for further period by enhancing 5% of the present
rent at every one year once.
11. If in case any damages occur to the building or structure
due to negligence of the tenant, such damages should be
rectified and bear the expenses by the tenant alone and also
painting.
SCHEDULE
Premises bearing House no.27, 2nd floor consisting of one hall,
two rooms, Kitchen, Bathroom, Latrine, Electricity and RCC
roofing house.
In witness where of the tenant & owner have set their
respective signature to this rent agreement on the date first
above written.
