RESULTS AND IMPRESSION:

Based on the assessment tool (Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale Pilipino Version), it was
revealed that the subject got a low score (0 out of 21) in the Anxiety Scale which means that he
experiences NORMAL RANGE of Anxiety. Moreover, his score in Depression Scale showed
that he has NORMAL RANGE (3 out of 21) of respective state. Subject also got a total score of
3 out of 42 which suggests that subject has NORMAL RANGE of Emotional Distress.
