Subscription Service Definition

The Subscription Service includes the provision of a hosted web based internal communications software solution with
integrated, behavioral-based tracking and reporting.
Included Capabilities:
Newsletter, flyer & event communications
Unlimited emails to employees
Employee engagement reporting dashboards
Integrated microsites
Shared send calendar
Targeted content
Content library (articles, images, templates)
Employee profile management for subscription management
Email review & approval
Social features: polls, surveys, likes, rating, commenting
Linking to 3rd party solutions like SharePoint

Integration with active directory

API for integration with additional 3rd party solutions
Security: single sign-on, IP Blocking,
Delivery: Whitelisting and image handling support
Subscription Service Restrictions:
User licenses: 1 user included as standard. Additional users may be added at 480 per user per annum.
Subscriber Database Size: Up to 5,000 employees. Customer may upgrade to Internal Connect Pro 2 at any time on a
pro-rata basis if the required size of the employee database exceeds 5,000 employees.
Phone and email technical support for all licensed users
Support hours Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 10:00pm GMT excluding December 25th and January 1st of any year.
