Luggage should be left in the luggage room in the main building.
A small overnight bag (with only essentials) should be prepared to use in the Igloo.
Saunas, showers and warm toilets are available in a separate building (glass igloos have private toilet & basin).
Showers are open 24 hours a day and the saunas are warm 17.00-22.00.
For the snow igloos, please ask for your sleeping bag and instructions from Reception when you have finished your
evening meal.
Glass igloo: please do not touch the glass or throw water or any objects on the glass. Please do not stand around the
glass igloo.

CHANGING CABINS & IGLOOS DURING YOUR STAY

You must vacate your cabin or igloo by 10:00 and place your luggage in the luggage storage room. This is to
allow us time to clean all the cabins/igloos ready for the new occupants. Your new cabin should be available for
you from 14.00-15.00.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS

GROUP RESERVATIONS

Group size min 8 igloos

Special price for driver/tour leader 60 p.p./night (with breakfast and dinner) in hotel room in Santas
Resort area
If driver or tour leader stays in log cabin, glass or snow igloo, the normal net price is charged

BOOKING PROCEDURE FOR GROUPS:

- Partners send us request, we allocate the space. Space is not confirmed until the deposit payment is paid
- Priority is given to requests where minimum of 1 excursion is booked at Santas Resort SafariWorld. This
applies for min 2 hour safaris and visits at Santas Resort. The request with most activities requested has
highest priority.
- When the partner wants to confirm the request, they will need to contact our booking department to
check that the availability is still there. Then we will confirm the reservation, and the partner has 5 days
to pay the 50% deposit (NB the payment has to be on our account after 5 days). If the payment has not
arrived after 5 days, the reservation will be cancelled.
- Final payment is 60 days before arrival
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUPS:
- After the deposit payment 30% is non-refundable
- 120-61 days before arrival 50% is non-refundable
- 60 days before arrival there is no refund
- Until 61 days before the arrival the group can be reduced with 2 igloos with no cost
- Cancellation charges apply both for accommodation and activities.
INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS

Partner sends us request, and we will check the availability and give an option from 1 to 3 days
depending on the reservation situation
When the booking is confirmed, a deposit payment of 50% is to be paid within 5 days. We confirm the
reservation, and the partner has 5 days to pay the 50% deposit (NB the payment has to be on our
account after 5 days). If the payment has not arrived after 5 days, the reservation will be cancelled.
Final payment is 60 days before arrival
All the activities and safaris must be booked through Kakslauttanen.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- After the deposit payment 30% is non-refundable
- 120-61 days before arrival 50% is non-refundable
- 60 days before arrival there is no refunds
- Full penalty applies for any cancelled activities and safaris (excluding Icebreaker with special conditions)
if done less than 24 hours before the activity
- Cancellation charges apply for accommodation and activities. Some activities have special conditions
which are informed when the reservation is made, e.g. Icebreaker Sampo excursion.
