Manpower Requirement

To conduct the service and meet the partnerships objectives, a set of competent
employees are needed. The following job descriptions and qualifications must be
complied for an efficient and effective work system.
A. General Manager
Job Description:
His primary objective is ensuring that organizational policies and procedures are
strictly adhered to in day-to-day operations to enable business growth be aligned to
corporate targets and team goals. This can be achieved by effectively and efficiently
appropriating resource, capacity, knowledge and skills across the team. He is also to
define/deliver services to support the business.
Responsibilities:

Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of


organizations mission specifically, support better management reporting,
information flow, and business processes
Develop and implement strategic business plan to meet business objectives
Play a significant role in long term planning, including an initiative geared
toward operational excellence.
Schedule regular meetings with team members and clients to discuss issues,
work progress, etc.
Development of individual program budgets
Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of completed units of
service
Disbursement of checks for operation expenses
Regular meetings among all partners around fiscal planning
Overseeing all administrative functions in your business
Payroll Management
Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls

B. Operations Manager
Job Description:
He is responsible and accountable for all operational activities and assumes
complete responsibility for the operations as necessary . He must ensure that all
employees (baristas and crew persons) are performing their job responsibilities and
meeting expectations in all areas of their job descriptions.
Responsibilities:

Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services,


through improvements to each function as well as coordination and
communication between support and business functions.
Over-all supervision of daily operational activities
Management of operations budget in coordination with the general manager

C. Marketing and Sales Manager


Job Description:
His main purpose is to analyze, plan and implement marketing and sales
activities. He also monitors how target markets respond to marketing efforts.
Ultimately, their goal is to increase profit and retain loyal customers. Completing
sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees is alaso his
major responsibility.
Responsibilities:

Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements;


defining market, competitors share, and competitors strengths and
weaknesses, forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market
share
Develop marketing strategies to increase sales revenue
Supervising all advertising and promotional activities
Assist in identifying new business opportunities with both potential and
existing customers.
Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying,
and capitalizing on market opportunities, improving product packaging:
coordinating new product development.

D. Accounting Manager

Job Description:
His primary responsibility is ensuring the soundness of the financial system and
unassailability of all financial documents. Oversees the management and
coordination of all fiscal reporting activities of company, prepares reports to funding
partners and warrants that all reportorial obligations to government institutions, are
complied with as to timeliness, form and accuracy. Provides efficient and high quality
logistical support to companys management staff, consultants and partners.
Other Responsibilities:

Support and manage account operations and activities


Manage accounts for financial activities including billings, payments,
receivables, invoicing, etc.
Generate and maintain account reports and documentations
Organize trainings for cashier
Monitor and control expenses according to budgetary guidelines
Maintain account records for administrative and regulatory purpose
Payroll processing

E. Cashier
Job Description:
A cashier has a range of responsibilities, which include handling the receipt of
payments from customers. Creating money in the cash drawers at the beginning of
shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change,
identifying the prices of goods, or services; Maintaining clean and orderly checkout
areas; Greeting customers entering establishments.
Job Qualifications:

Female between 21-30 years old, at least 52 in height


Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / short Course
Certificate or at least 2 years Bachelors College Degree
At least 6 months of working experience in the related field is required for this
position
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group
situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to operate a cash register
With excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino
Good customer service skills
Knowledge of Internet software
Good looking, with pleasing personality and well-groomed
Must be flexible and willing to work on a rotating shift

F. Service Personnel
Job Description:
Food service crews assist in the dining room and kitchen. They greet, take
orders, and serve food for guests; Clears and washes dishes; Maintains
cleanliness/sanitation, restock lobby and comfort room supplies.
Job Qualifications:
For Regular:

Male or Female
20-26 years old,
At least High School graduate
Has experience working in customer service and/or the food service or
hospitality industry
With pleasing personality and good customer service skills
Must be flexible and willing to work on a rotating shift

For Part-Time:

Male or Female
16-20 years old,
At least High School graduate
With pleasing personality and good customer service skills
Must be flexible and willing to work on a rotating shift

G. Barista
Job Description:
Baristas prepare the ingredients to make coffee and other bevFood service
crews assist in the dining room and kitchen. They greet, take orders, and serve food
for guests; Clears and washes dishes; Maintains cleanliness/sanitation, restock
lobby and comfort room supplies.
Job Qualifications:

Male or Female
20-30 years old,
Graduate of Food and Beverage Services Course or trained by TESDA
With at least 6 months of work experience
With pleasing personality and good customer service skills
Must be flexible and willing to work on a rotating shift
Physically fit
