Sub: Review of financial results of Spark Organization

Dear Sir,

We have analyzed the results of Spark Organization and have made the following
observation on the overall financial position in terms of strength and weakness.

The organization during the year ended December 31, 2015 collected $190,000 from
contributions, 63% raised through fund drive of which $118,000 has been paid to employees for
their services, $13,900 paid to suppliers and $5,000 spend for purchasing an office equipment. At
the year end the organization is left with $33,100 cash balance. This when compared with current
liabilities of $21,800 against accrued payment to employees and suppliers provide not very great
comfort. Starting next year with lower cash balance and outstanding current liabilities will create
liquidity pressure on the organization and will put the focus on cash donation or raising money
through another major fund drive.
