SENATOR ELIZABETH DOLE
LIFE MEMBER--- RONALD REAGAN
CHAIR FOUNDER
As the new Chair of the Republican Presidential Task Force, it gives me great
pleasure to inform you that you have been selected to receive the most prestigious honor that
our Executive Committee has the authority to bestow.
You have been nominated for Life Membership in the Republican Presidential Task
Force.
This is the same distinctive honor that inspired leaders like the late Ronald Reagan
and George Bush received just before leaving office.
Only a select few will ever merit such an honor as to join the ranks of Presidents
Reagan and Bush. Life Membership truly is not for the ordinary, the passive or the timorous.
Life Membership has been conferred on courageous, outspoken national leaders such
as President George W. Bush, Bob Dole. Bill Frist, and Rudy Giuliani ...
" ... the Congressional Order of Merit holds within its beliefs that
commitment, loyalty, and dedication of service to one's nation, as well
as service to the Republican Party ...
" ... are the foundations for true leadership. Further, these attJibutes
are sought by men and women from all walks oflife and are the
demonstrated guideposts for such individuals of high moral and ethical
character ...
"It is with these ideals in mind, that we, the undersigned members of the
Executive Council, place into nomination for the Congressional
Order of Merit, Mr. Srinivas V Vadde, who shares these core beliefs and
exemplifies the esteem and spirit this honor embcxlies."

The 2005 President's Dinner is more than a celebration of President Bush's re-election or
an event to honor you and others who played a vital role in the 2004 elections -- though we'll be

lasting Republican Majorities in both the House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate.

Lt. Governor Mark Taylor and Secretary of State Cathy Cox have been criticizing me for
months and now we know why:
Both are Democrats running for Governor, and both are out raising money hand-over-fist
from the same liberals who thought John Kerry would make a great President.
Mary and I have some pretty strong feelings about what it takes to win elections in Cobb
County and across Georgia ... and it's not millions of dollars of slick TV attack ads paid for by
special interest groups.
In our neck of the woods, people appreciate a candidate that's willing to talk with them
"eyeball-to-eyeball." That's why I've made a point of having Saturdays with Sonny every
month which allows any Georgian to speak directly to me about anything they wish. And I make
it a point to attend every fish fry, BBQ, church gathering, farm meeting and service club that I
can.
Voters in Cobb County like an old-fashioned grassroots campaign with lots of red-white-
and blue yard signs, bumper stickers, issue-specific flyers, and hometown newspaper ads.
Srinivas, that's been the trademark of every race we've run and there's no reason
on earth why we'd want to chanae.
A winning race starts \Vitha record of accompftstitllentana 1 'Jfi proud that our
administration has passed landmark tort reform that's among the toughest in America.
We've also offered small business owners and seniors tax relief, passed far-reaching land
conservation legislation and we're hard at work improving education for every elementary,
middle and high school student in Georgia and now we're beginning to see test scores rise.
Like I said, we must be doing something right because in the 2002 election, our
grassroots campaign exceeded expectations and earned 52% of the vote in Cobb County.
Mary and I would be honored to have your strong support as we prepare to launch our re-
election campaign so I'll make you a deal:

While there is no way to tmly measure your long-standing work in support of our President or
our Party, the award of inclusion in The Republican Presidential Honor Roll recognizes your sacrifice.
It was the desire of our Executive Council, as it reviewed your record as a dedicated
Republican, to establish a lasting tribute to acknowledge your work, your effort, and your spirit.
The Republican Presidential Honor Roll honors a select group of individuals in the Republican
Party ...
...the people who have unselfishly given of themselves time and again in support of President
Bush and all our candidates.
You, Mr. Vadde, are one of those individuals. You've gone above and beyond the call of duty,
and that is why your name is now included in The Republican Presidential Honor Roll here in
Washington, D. C.
The Executive Council has gone to great lengths to ensure that all of the information
chronicled on your Certificate and in our Register of The Republican Presidential Honor Roll is
correct.
Now I need to assure the Executive Council of the safe receipt of your certificate. I also need
to make sure that your name and your title are correct, and that your certificate was received in good
shape.
Keep in mind, the Democrats have access to ultra-liberal money machines such as
MoveOn.org, America's Coming Together, Democracy for America and dozens of other independent
"527" groups that have the potential to turn the 2006 elections into something we've never
experienced before.
These groups are already spending hundreds ofthousands of dollars in key Congressional districts
attacking our most vulnerable incumbents on TV and radio. And you can rest assured these attacks will
continue right up to the 2006 elections.
And it's why I urge you to forward your special contribution of $500 or even $750 to help us

P.S. I join all the members of the Republican Leadership in applauding your inclusion in the

Your inclusion on our short list of potential Life Members is by itself, a tribute to your
high level of dedication and recognized leadership in your community and the Republican Party.
During the 2008 campaign, the NRCC needs our top grassroots supporters, men and
women like you, to assume an even larger, more prominent role in our efforts.
I, and the Republican House Leaders, will be counting on the experience and support of
NRCC Life Members to help our Republican candidates for Congress build their campaigns,
promote our conservative agenda and counter negative attacks from the liberal Democrats and
their allies.
Life Membership is a truly unique opportunity that also carries with it a high level of
responsibility and commitment
And because I am so convinced ofthe importance of having you serve as a NRCC Life
Member during this critical election year, I am giving you the option of accepting Life

To the Republican Patty and our efforts to e1eet the next

Monday Morning
While it is impossible to truly measure your long-standing efforts on behalf of our Party,
our Republican leaders and our candidates, the enclosed certificate pays tribute to your loyalty
and allegiance. You stand as one of America's greatest patriots and rank among our most
committed members.
It was the desire of our Executive Council, as it reviewed your record as a dedicated
Republican, to establish a lasting tribute to acknowledge your work, your effort, and your spirit.
The 2016 Republican Life Member Order of Merit is awarded during this critical
Presidential election year to only a very select group of individuals in our Republican Party ...
... Those men and women who have unselfishly never faltered in their support of our
Republicans in Congress, our Governors and GOP leaders and candidates - and most importantly in
this Presidential Election year - our candidate for President ofthe United States, Donald 1. Trump.
You, Mr. Vadde, are one of those distinguished individuals. You have consistently gone
above and beyond the call of duty. And that is why today you are receiving this 2016 Republican
Life Member Order of Merit Certificate.
Our Executive Council has gone to great lengths to make certain that all of the information
chronicled on your 2016 Order of Merit Certificate and in our Register of the Order of Merit is
correct.
Now I need to as.sure the Executive Council that your personalized Certificate arrived at
your Norcross address safely and in good shape. I also need to make sure that your name and title are
correct.
So please, fill out and return the Confirmation Reply immediately. It is important that I know
you received your Certificate and you're satisfied with its condition.
