Atty. Romeo S. Garcia
Attorney Garcia obtained his Bachelor of Law degree from the University of the East
Manila. Hes a former member of Public Attorneys Office in Cagayan Valley until he

was appointed as Public Prosecutor in Isabela. Hes currently a Board Member of 1st
district of Cagayan Valley.
Atty. Nina Briones
Attorney Briones graduated at RTR-Tacloban in 2014 and became a member of the
bar in 2015. She is currently employed at SGV and Co.
Atty. Matias Monico G. Palu-ay
Attorney Palu-ay obtained his Bachelor of Law degree in 2013 from the Philippine
Law School. He is a partner in Marilyn Cacho & Associates Law Office.
Atty. Candice Bacabac
Attorney Bacabac graduated at Ateneo Law School in 2010 and was admitted to the
bar in 2011. She is currently employed at SGV and Co.
Atty. Lucy Kristi F. Banta
Attorney Banta obtained her Bachelor of Law degree in 2005 from Far Eastern
University. She is currently a Legal Officer IV at the Quezon City Legal Department. She
is also a Licensed Broker from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Canada. She also worked as a
Legal Consultant at Novartis Philippines.
Atty. Goodlucky V. Nicolas
Attorney Nicolas obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 2011 from Ateneo Law School.
He was an Attorney IV in Court of Appeals in the year 2012 and currently employed as
an Attorney III at the Quezon City Legal Department. He also worked at Forgems Group
of Companies as a Corporate Legal Counsel.
Atty. Jocel Grace T. Garcia
Attorney Garcia obtained her Bachelor of Law degree in 2005 from University of the
East. She was an Admin Support Assistant at the Office of the City Mayor in 2004. She is
currently employed as an Attorney III at the Quezon City Legal Department.

Atty. Karlo Calingasan


Attorney Calingasan obtained his Bachelor of Law degree in 2002 from Arellano
School of Law. He as a Legal Researcher in 2003 at the City Legal Department of the
Quezon City Hall and currently employed as an Attorney V at the same Department.
