Vision
A life where people look up to me and want to be like me, taking risks
and necessary steps to achieve success upholding his/her values and beliefs.
The step I take next, ie. After my post-graduation will prove crucial to my
vision as it is the time where I have to throw myself into the world, the
decisions I make should be diligent as I feel it would shape my future career.

Values
There are certain values and beliefs I uphold as an individual.
First and foremost is honesty (Truth), I believe I am a very honest person and
expect to deal with honesty in return too. If someone does find faults in me I
would prefer him/her to say it upfront to me rather than hold it within as I can
work on it and try to improve myself. As a leader I would tell him/her honestly
what is wrong as from my opinion as they can correct it if asked which could
turn out positively in their lives too.
Second, I hold friendship of top regard as I believe understanding is key to team
work and a good relationship reflects in the output produced. Building good
relationship will prove fruitful and help gain maximum potential in what one
does. As a leader building relationships will make people listen to you more
often and value my opinions.
Third, Self-respect. For me this is an important value. I will not give up my selfrespect to do any kind of work for money. As a leader upholding self-respect, I
respect each individual for his/her values making them respect me as an
individual too.
Finally, Compassion. I am compassionate and always look at the larger picture
at stake, the society and everyone in it. I am a person who cannot stand by and
watch as someone suffers and would do anything in my power to help them out
at times of need.

Mentors
First person to have a positive impact on me is my father, Sanjiv Seth.
He is a leader by all means. He made quick decisions, held no regrets over
them, quick to adjust with different situations. Leads by positive example and
fosters a team environment in which all team members can reach their highest
potential. Having travelled along with him, the impact different cultures have
made on my PR skills are tremendous. I am able to adjust with different culture
and different place in a snap.

Second person is my mother Ritu, as she has always taught me to believe in

myself and do what I feel is right. She invoked the value of trust in me and
made sure that I never harm any individual knowingly. I have always looked up
to her at the time of need and always will.

Third and the final person is my badminton coach, Mr. Vipin Sharma, the never
ending face of calmness and at the same time authoritative. He holds certain
traits which I try to follow upon. He taught me how to be calm and face the
gravest of problems with a gracious smile. According to him, no matter how bad
the shot be, you can always retrieve it. When one is confident, he/she can
overcome any difficulties and move ahead in life.

All this has had a positive impact on my life and look at me now, I am the class
representative of my section and I presume I am doing a good job at it.

Leadership Style
I am a team leader. I encourage myself and the team to get maximum
potential in the easiest of ways. Prefer to lead by positive example and create a
friendly atmosphere for all to work. I also try to strengthen bonds amongst
group members as it would help in achieving end result. I am calm at the time
of crisis and can assure and comfort my team members that there is a solution at
hand which can be implemented and a perfect execution would resolve the
issue. I can be the leading source of light at all times bringing the team new and
challenging opportunities to test oneself.

Goals
Keeping my goals a bit above my potential so that I keep on working
towards it, a mean of self-improvement. I, myself as an individual will improve
by doing this.
To obtain a good job wherein I can use my potential and thereby looking
after my family which is of utmost importance.
A suitable position where I can enjoy my life and enjoy all the available
resources rather than becoming a workaholic.
Social recognition and respect.
Develop all aspects in my life such as relationships, community involvement
and professional development.

Strategy and Action Plan

Taking up Computer Science for my graduation was the first and
foremost step as it provides me the foundation asked for any organisation.
Knowing IT and related topics is always a boon in the present world where a lot
of value and empathises is given to artificial intelligence and IT developments.
Next up was post-graduation, joining BIMTECH was a major decision as I had
never been to North India. The urge to test myself and prove to myself that I am
capable of achieving was top. So far, all is glory and I have been able to do
justice to myself.
For my future, I am involving in various activities on a wider scale as compared
to school or college level which I presume to help me in networking and
achieve my goals.

Personal Mission Statement

My purpose of existence is to lead by example and become a role model
for the younger and future generation. If I am able to instil the values of
honesty, determination and compassion through my life, I would be the happiest
one in my perception.
