JCB Attachments are pleased to introduce a new range of JCB designed earth drills
The new earth drill power-heads incorporate increased strength gearboxes for extended service life and
reduced downtime. Three separate models allow mounting on many different machines and the ability to
perform a large range of tasks. Flights vary from 6/160mm to 36/914mm and are available with three
different duty levels to ensure that the optimum drilling setup is achieved.

Earth drill
Three different models with drilling torques of 1500Nm,3500Nm and 6000Nm are available. The drills
retain the standard 2 hexagon drive, with two mounting holes to accommodate various auger
combinations. All earth drills are supplied with model specific hanger bracket and tail hoses for correct
machine mounting, as well as an operators manual. The improved specification also maintains a high level
of parts commonality between drills and allows the use of old style flights on the new power-head.

Flights
Flights are available in standard, heavy and rock duty with sizes from 6/160mm to 36/914mm and lengths of either
39/1000mm or 48/1200mm. Replaceable teeth and pilot bits are available for greater service life. The standard and
heavy duty flights are fitted with inner teeth, a pilot bit and profiled outer teeth to reduce wear on the flight fabrication.
Long life Carbide teeth are available as an aftermarket part for use in highly abrasive soils.
