Stem Cell Treatments are the future of medicine

Today, over 490 clinical trials employ bone marrow stem cells.

Future generations will have access to their

young stem cells

Cord Blood Banking is

becoming more and
more commonplace.
Already millions of
Cord Blood Units are
being stored in over
500 specialized banks.

But stem cell health declines with age

and as we run out, the body loses its regenerative potential.

Stem cells that repair blood and vasculature, produced in the bone marrow, are found
circulating in the blood. The number of these circulating stem cells declines with age.
The number of circulating stem cells is predictive of lifespan in elderly individuals.

Rejuvenating mice with stem cells works

A single young stem cell transplant can extend mouse lifespan by 5%.
Front Genet. 2013 Aug 7;4:144.

For current adult generations to benefit,

we need to act now
The number and quality of our stem cells
decline with age, as do the systems they
replenish.
Stem cell therapies that extend lifespan
will become increasingly available in the
next decades. However, people without
access to their young stem cells will be the
last to benefit from these treatments.
By storing their young stem cells today,
people can have early access to lifeextending therapies in the years ahead.

We enable people to take the first step in

rejuvenation therapy today
Forever Labs facilitates the storage of
people's young stem cells to rejuvenate
their future self.
We have expertise in stem cell science,
orthopedic surgery, clinical operations,
administration, sales and marketing, IT,
and regulatory compliance.
We contract a FDA-complaint biorepository for cryogenic storage.
We started Forever Labs so we could treat
ourselves to live longer, because aging sucks.

The Forever Labs Procedure

Step 1. The stem cells are collected.

The out-patient procedure is performed

under local anesthetic. It takes 15 minutes
and can be done in a clinic.

Step 2. The stem cells are frozen.

The customers stem cells are stored in a

clinical grade bio-depository until they are
needed.

Life Extension as a Business

Successful rejuvenation
technology will likely be a major
component of future GDP.

is positioning itself strategically by building

early adopter relationships and revenue with the very first viable
interventions and therapies.

Our Opportunity
Comparables

Cord blood banking, U.S. 2013: 102K procedures, $300M revenue.

Vision correction surgery, U.S. 2015: 1M procedures, $1.2B revenue.

Market

4.3M in the U.S. between the ages of 25-54 earn $200k or more.
1% U.S. market capture and 10 years storage equates to $258M of revenue.

Valuable Customer Relationship

Individuals that do not have their young cells will have less options for
rejuvenation therapy. We enable people to start rejuvenation therapy today.
We will leverage our relationship with these valuable early-adoption customers
to build partnerships, advance the science of rejuvenation therapy, and to bring
new treatments to market.

Finances
Where We Are At
Weve launched March 1, 2016 using funds from friends and family, and weve
immediately started generating revenues from sales. Multiple people are
already flying in from across the country, and we have just barely started.
In principle we are capable of maintaining and growing our operations purely
based on revenue from sales.
Funding
Forever Labs has the potential to become a leader in the life extension space,
and we are looking for angel and seed investors who believe in our vision to
bring workable interventions to market right now. In this spirit we are raising a
standard Silicon Valley style seed round from qualified investors. Please contact

Our Advantage
Intellectual Property

Forever Labs is seeking patent protection for processes that Dr. Katakowski and Dr. Buller
have developed to improve isolation, storage, and reintroduction of bone marrow stem cells.
We are utilizing techniques now to enhance the recovery of stem cells at a later date.

Strategic Partnership

Arthrex, a leading global provider of orthobiologic products, recommends the Forever Labs
procedure to surgeons that employ Arthrex Angel System for isolation of stem cells in
orthopedic procedures. Patients are offered the option to bank cells at the time of surgery.
Surgeons get an additional revenue stream, and this helps Arthrex market their system.

Our First Market

Ann Arbor, Michigan

We selected Ann Arbor, Michigan as our initial

market due to its attractive population
demographics and our professional and social
contacts.
Home to the University of Michigan, the UofM
medical school, three hospitals, and many tech
and biotech businesses that include Google,
Expedia, and Johnson & Johnsons Healthmedia,
Ann Arbor is an affluent, well-educated, and
diverse community.
Population of 115k (73% white, 8% black, 14%
Asian, 5% multiracial/other). 54k between 20 and
45 years old (our target market).
69% are employed in healthcare, education, or
scientific or technical services vs. 31% statewide.
30% of households earn $100k+ vs. 18%
statewide. 8% earn $200k+ vs. 3% statewide.

Ann Arbor, Michigan is an ideal target

market with coverage that includes Metro
Detroit and Toledo.

Our Second Market

Research Triangle, North Carolina

We selected the Research Triangle of

Piedmont of North Carolina as our second
market due to its attractive population
demographics and our professional and social
contacts.
Home to North Carolina State University, Duke
University, University of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill, the cities of Raleigh and Durham,
and the towns of Cary and Chapel Hill, the
Triangle is an affluent, well-educated, and
diverse community.
Population of 534k (55% white, 27% black, 4%
Asian, 14% multiracial/other). 220k between
20 and 45 years old (our target market).

an ideal target market with coverage
that includes several universities, the
cities of Raleigh and Durham, and the
towns of Cary and Chapel Hill.

Our Third Market

San Francisco, California
We selected Ann Arbor, Michigan and the
Piedmont of North Carolina based upon
demographics and our initial resources. San
Francisco is our third market for demographic
reasons that do not require elucidation.
We already have clients flying to Michigan
from the Bay Area to have the procedure
preformed.
In addition, we have dozens of prospects that
have instructed us to tell them when we are
operational in San Francisco.
Other attractive markets such as New York,
Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Chicago, and
Miami will follow.

Market Survey Results

We introduced members of our target demographic to our website (www.foreverlabs.co) and
then asked them to take a short survey gauging their interest level and perception of the
Forever Labs procedure.
70 respondents chose to take our optional survey. These respondents are all located in the
United States, over 30 years of age, and earn over $75,000 USD/yr.

57.6% of respondents were somewhat or very interested in the procedure. For those that were
somewhat interested, a better understanding of the medical and scientific benefit would most
likely increase their interest.
The respondents were asked what they expected our procedure to cost. The mean average
expected price was $5,392 USD, with a median average expected price of $5,000 USD.
