: Pooja Roadways. Before releasing the tankers as per our system the
driver has to submit the copy of the gate pass to the security. In the above
case our security Mr. Mohanlal took the gatepass from the driver of the

the guard received the gate pass, immediately the driver closed the tanker
cabin and the door hit in the point finger of the security. The guard was
provided with the first aid treatment.

Driver came down from the tanker to see the available space for parking ,
didn't hand break on, tanker moved back slowly. Loading master Mr.
Virendra Immediately went out there, & pushed the hand break properly.
