QUIRICO CENIZA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
AN ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ABOUT THE INSET ON SEMESTRAL BREAK
OF AURORA EAST DISTRICT

The teaching staffs of Aurora East District together with our

District Supervisor, Mr. Roland S. Toledo, organized an interactive
District Level Teachers Training on POPDEV, GAD, AND ACTION
RESEARCH MAKING on October 26-30,2015 at AURORA REGIONAL
PILOT SCHOOL TEACHER CENTER.
The training started with a prayer and followed by the singing
of national anthem led by Mrs. Charlyn M. Tan as well as the
community singing. Mr. Roland S. Toledo the District Supervisor
welcomed everyone warmly on the first day.
On the first day, Mr. Roland S. Toledo as the over-all chairman
inspired us. He discussed about supervision on Civil Service
especially about the rights of every teachers regarding the leave
that teachers can avail. He monitored each teacher wether or not
the teachers are on their track in pursuing their task.
On the second day, Mr. Marvin Abao a Teacher III of National
High School of Aurora Zambonga del Sur our resource speaker,
inspired us teachers to engaged about POPDEV. He shared to us how
important it is. To Determined Population Growth is one of the
highlights of his topics.
On the third day, the training is about Capital and it was
introduced and spearheaded by Mrs. Violeta Flores another T-III of
National High School. She refreshed our minds about Physical,
Human Capital on Health Education and Social Networks.
On the fourth day, the training was all about GAD, Was led by
Mrs. Opada . She tackled the Disadvantaged women who lacks

orientation on the rights and responsibilities to their families, other

women and their communities and a lot more. That awakened us
especially women teachers.

On the fifth and last day, Mrs. Rada as our last and final
speaker tickled the minds of the teachers on how to be brave in
making Action Research Proposal . She gave some points and
sample on how to do it.
The training was conducted to keep abreast us teachers. The
training has not only provided us as participants an opportunity to
gain new knowledge , but also encouraged us to make positive
changes around us. We also got an opportunity to share our
knowledge and experiences to other people.
The training ended with the commitment of each other to
pursue better education for the learners of AURORA EAST DISTRICT.
Indeed the Semestral Break has been fruitful and productive.
