7. RATIONALE
The Pangkabuhayan lending Company is an asset-based financial service organization
that play a vital part in financing the economy and are dedicated to the growth and well-being of
their clients. These companies provides their clients with cash by lending on fixed assets,
accounts receivable and inventory, and engage in factoring, purchase order financing, real estate

financing and leasing. This include the insurance for the client and regular Costumer
Expert in all facets of collateralized lending, asset-based lenders large and small alike possess
the experience and know-how to structure the proper financing program for the borrowers. The
pangkabuhayan Incorporated has a progress that internalized the progressive payment for the
particular cost transactions. This incorporated is located at 569 Mabini street, Caloocan City have
a total number of employees, staff, Collectors, Branch Manager, and supervisor .the concept of
the duties and responsibilities of all the collectors are hereunder all the duties effective
immediately to with the main function the received and payments and prepare the reports on
daily collections made they collect payments from client in the assigned area, they prepare daily
collection notebooks remarks and co- maker certification. Assist management in evaluation of
clients as to financial and paying capacity. The collectors must maintain the quota requirement
and shall be responsible to pressurized and constant follow-up to the overdue costumers before
the semi monthly collectors evaluation. The transaction of this finance support transact with
specific processing, the starting of loan will be P1000 small or big business. Loan amount is
payable for 60 days 10 % interest then 500 increase every renew. Per day the collector collects
P25.as penalty and deductions for those who have disobey the rules and regulation of the said
incorporated. The company provides to help for those who have business only. Any type of
business and the following requirement are the Barangay clearance.
Pangkabuhayan lending is engaged with particular clients or costumer does have own business.

money. The requirements for those cases. First the CI or credit investigation, promissory note,
the debtors form, application form, Co-maker certifications and also include the barangay
clearance. The management observed all their clients especially on how will borrow money, the
daily pays for their necessary loan. Its also include the insurance system for their lifetime
insurance for borrowing money. Some of the transaction papers included in their financial
support for the clients are booklet with picture, money reminder, contract of lease, collectors
contract, cash shortage report, authorization letter, memorandum paper, for all costumers,
promissory note, daily monitoring control, For this situation, the debtors have a responsible for
the payments basis. The complexity of the processes transactions must be aware and secured.

8. OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

General objective
To develop software which a microfinance Support System for Pangkabuhayan
Incorporated. To become means of solving transaction errors in the collection of
recording
Specific Objectives
1. Conceptualized the idea of helping financing distribution process system of the
Pangkabuhayan Incorporated.
2. To create and design a software that well provides fully and organize data and at the

same time give an alternative way of recording and distributing money to its borrower
