Bulk material:

1. Salt ( 45.56 %)
2. Soda ash ( 28.15 %)
3. Dolomite (3.5 %)
Minor raw material:
1. Calcium carbonate( 3 sacks for 96 % labsa, 2 sacks for 89 % labsa)
2. Dolomite ( 1 sack )
Bulk material feeding method:
Two people load total eight sack( for a single trip) of raw material from storage of
respective raw material section in a cart type trolley and transfer them to the
Dumb station 1 and Dumb station 2. Then another two people of each dumb station
(total 2*2=4 people for two station) unload the sacks and load them on the
conveyor belt. Another two people(total 2*2=4 people) who stands on a ramp of
the opposite side of the dumb station cuts the sacks and feed RM into the feeder
chamber (CCP 1 and CCP 2). Another one worker is required to measure the weight
of the dolomite. So for this loading and feeding of RM, it requires 11 people at
ground floor.
On the scissors lift sacks of calcium carbonate is loaded and they are transported to
2nd floor. There is one worker for this task to finish.
At the dumb station 1 both salt, soda ash and dolomite are fed but at the dumb
station 2 only salt and dolomite are fed.
The raw material is transferred to two vibro separator from the dumb stations.
Then the raw material is guided to a bucket elevator which then transport
them to two raw material hopper.
Minor raw material feeding method:
Beside the raw material hopper there are two minor hopper in which dolomite and
calcium carbonate are fed manually (two people are working there). But the minor
raw material is different for different batch production. After primary mixing the
materials are fed into PSM machine from which after completion of reaction and
significant mixing the mixture is transferred into intermediate mixture hopper from
where it is fed into the buckets of z elevator and finally the FG hopper.

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF VIBRO SEPARATOR

Vibrating process is maintained by means of vibro-motors, which are placed in the center of gravity of the machine.
The grain feeding chamber and body which are mounted on the rubber shock absorbers by vibrating together and
driven by vibro-motors convey the product into mid-section of inlet. The grain is separated uniformly on the entire
surface of the screen by means of an adjustable regulating gate. If it is necessary, for better product flow another
adjustable regulating gate can be fixed to the inlet of thescreen. When the grain passes through from the first screen

to the second one, larger size impurities or foreign particles are kept by the first screen and directed to coarse offal
discharge line. The remained smaller size impurities or foreign particles, which pass through the second screen, are
transferred to fine offal discharge line. Then, the cleaned product is transported to an air canal or tarar.
