The purpose of this paper is to discuss on the strategic objectives of Qatar Airways when
challenged by external factors and how they effectively implement its strategies. (Purpose of this
paper) In a dynamic industry, top management has to set practical corporate strategies and make
far-sighted decisions to overcome the identified external factors. (Practical importance) PESTEL
