Terms & Conditions**

1. This proposal validity is only for 30 days from the date of issue or 31st March which ever is earlier.
2. All prices mentioned here in are in Indian Rupees
3. Advance received are not refundable.
4. In case of sales tax/ service tax/ price change, the client is entitled to pay as per
the new taxes or prices and Nexhom is only responsible to deliver the same.
5. Wiring would be supplied at the site by the company on receipt of the Purchase Order along with 70% advance of the value mentioned in the BOM
6. Post confirmation receipt of payments, the order cannot be cancelled.
In case the proposal is declined by the client OR Purchase value of products is below the agreed BOM by the client
Refunds if any will be calculated and deducted towards Design cost, CAD drawings submitted, consultation fees, and also on the number of visits by
Nexhom engineers and contractors.
7. Cables / Switches/plates/accessories and connectors will be charged by the company on actual consumption at the site.
8. Programming charges: extra or based on individual projects as agreed on mail by our engineers.
9. Product delivery would be initiated by Nexhom, on 100% payment of the BOQ,
10. Installation charges 10% will be presented and collected immediately after the Certificate Of Completion is signed by the site-incharge/customer
11. Jari of walls, carpentry wood drilling, conducting and wiring not in scope of our company.
12. Cheque / Demand Draft to be drawn in favour of " nexhom"
13. Dispute subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
