weseektogetherthegreatendandrealbusinessofliving.

Thechallengeofpreventingsexualmisconductisonewesharewithcolleaguesacrossthecountry,inschools,collegesand
universities,andinworkplaces.Weseektolearnfromnationalexperts,colleaguesatotherinstitutions,andfromallwho
arewillingtosharetheirexperienceandwisdom;toadapttheirsuccessesandinsightstoourcampus;toassessour
effortshonestlyandmakeappropriatechanges;andtosharewhatwelearnwithothers.

Webelievethatthemosteffectiveapproachtopreventionisholistic,isrootedinthecommunity,andengagesthefull
participationofeverymemberofourschoolfamily.Ouractionplanthereforeincludesitemsthatareformaland
procedural;informalandcultural;generatedbyadministrators,facultyandstaff,andstudents;doneinpartnershipwith
