brainwashing.I'vealsobeentrainedinitbysome
ofthebest.AndofcourseI'vedoneitonsmall
scalefromtimetotime.

What I mean by this is I am talking from real


knowledge, not just what can be read in
PenthouseForums.WhatIdon'tmeanisthatI
am the knowall about brainwashing. What we
know about the brain could be represented by
theplanetPluto.Whatwedon'tknowbytherest
ofthe solarsystem.So while Iwill try to detail
brainwashing101,thereisalwaysroomfornew
ideas.

Isolation:
Youremovethesubjectfromtheworlditknows
as completely as possible. This means basically
tossedinadungeon.It'sbestifitiscutofffrom
alloutsidestimulusincludingsunlight.

Breaking/ForcedRegression:
You are looking not just to break the subject's
will, but actually break its grasp on what it
knows.Youwantitsbraintoregressbacktothe
stagewhereitwaswhenitfirststartedputting
thingsintoitsmouthtotestthem.Youcantake
itbackpastthepointwhereitcanmakerational
speech,butbesidestheaddedtimeandeffort,it
hasotherprosandcons.Usuallythepointwhere
itcanstilltalkbutcan'ttellyouforsurewhatits
nameis.

Conditioning/Training:
As the name suggests, this is where you start
instillingintothesubjectitsnewwayofthinking.
You give it new moral standards. They may be
veryclosetothewayitwasbefore,butasyou
are giving it these guidelines, they will mean

somethingabitdifferent.Ideallyyouwouldlike
tokeepasmanythingsfromit'spastaspossible
andshiftthemjustenoughtosupportthenew
lineofbelief/thinking.Thisnotonlymeansless
work, but is using their own experiences to
reinforcethenewpaths.Anexcellentexampleis
takingahardcorefeministandusingthebelief
thatfemaleshavetherighttochoosetheirpath
tomakeherdefenditsrighttofollowthisnew
path,eventhoughitdidn'thavemuchofachoice
inchoosingit.

Ongoingreinforcement:
Theproblemwithmostbrainwashingisthatyou
aretryingtogetthesubjectnotjusttoactina
way they haven't before, but to also think and
believeinanewway.Youaregenerallydoingthis
is a short amount of time; almost always less
than a year. The subject has had a lifetime of
buildinguptheoldoneyoujustrippedfromit.
So while coming directly out of the
Conditioning/Trainingtheymaybethinkingand
believingasyouwishthemto,theoldpathways
are still there. And if they are confronted with

somethingthatcausesacrisis,foralongtimeit
isgoingtobemorelikelytoslipintooldthought
patterns that worked in the past rather than
coming up with new ones. It's just a fact of
Darwinism. In an ideal world you could have
imprinted enough "whatifs" on the subject to
handleanysituation,butasweknow,thisisfar
fromanidealworld.Soforalongtimetocome,
youwillneedtobetheretocontinuetoreinforce
the new pathways until they've grown enough
roots.

Step1Isolation

Thiscanbethesinglemostimportantaspectof
asuccessfulbrainwashing.Whiletherearemany
ways to achieve the necessary isolation, there
areinfinitelymorewaystofailandwindupwith
onlyapartialsuccess.

Let's first describe the "perfect" situation. You


grabtheperson,takethemdoaremotelocation.
Godeepunderground.Andsecuretheminaset
of interconnected rooms that have everything
youneedsoyoudon'thavetobringthemout.
No light. No outside smells. No breezes.
Absolutely no input what so ever accept what
yougivethesubject.Thefinalstepinisolationis
done only if the subject knows you and in that
caseifyouwanttheperfectisolation,youhave
someone else do the breaking and initial
training. This puts the subject in a situation
wheretheyhavenothingatalltolatchonto.If
youcandothisthenitmakestherestofthejob
somucheasier.

Nowletstalkabouttheaspectsoftheisolation.
Because as you probably already understand
thereareallsortsofwaystobeisolated."Alone
inacrowd"isasayingthatwellreflectsthis.So
let'sdetailtheaspectsthatareofconcern.

First is the isolation from other people. This


seems obvious. You don't want others
undermining the work you done. Showing the
subjecttheholesinyourlogic.Tryingto"help"
the subject and protect it. And it is true this is
veryimportant.Butdependingonyourskilllevel
and how well you've done your homework, it's
really only that important for the breaking and
the beginning of the training phase. If you've
done your homework, you know what pretty
mucheveryoneisgoingtosaytotryandprythe
subjectawayfromyou.Soyouwillbereadywith
logical counters to their arguments. Thus
reinforcing your control. It can be quite a bit
more difficult this way but is often more
satisfying.

Theother,andsomewhatrelatedaspect,isnews
fromtheoutside.Youarelikelygoingtobegiving
thesubjectawholenewwayofthinkingofthe
worldatlarge.Theircurrentwayofthinkinghas
beenbuiltupovertheyearsandisreinforcedby
thingsgoingonaroundthem.Iftheyhaveaccess
towhatisgoingonaroundthemthenmemories
and reasons will be triggered that will likely be
countertowhatyouwantthesubjecttothink.
Andsinceitiscomingfromacompletelyoutside
source,youwouldhavetoreallybeonyourtoes
and knowledgeable to counter them. And
actually since these inputs are coming from a
"neutral" source, they could have more weight
than input from their friends and family. The
subjectknowstheirfaults.

Imentionedthatifthesubjectknowsyouinany
realway,itwouldbebetterifyougotsomeone
else to do the breaking and beginning training.
Especiallyiftherewasanyconflictbetweenyou
before. This will be something the subject can
latchontoandfocustheirfightagainst.It'snota
"make or break" aspect unless you're in a big

hurry. Because it can slow things down a great


bit.

ThelastaspectIwantedtohitoncanactuallybe
the most insidious. It's the random trigger
aspect. As we all know, throughout our life we
are bombarded with scents and sounds and
tactileinputthatonthesurfacemeansnothing.
Weonlynoticethemmosttimessubconsciously.
Andthat'showtheygethookedintoimportant
memories. Assuming you've done your
homeworkandthesubjectdidn'tgrowupwitha
loving family in a bomb shelter buried under a
mountain,thenthereshouldbeasfewofthese
randomtriggershangingaroundinthe"perfect"
scenario.

Nowtheperfectscenarioisoftenhardtosetup.
Thebestyoucanoftendoisasoundproofroom
in your basement. But thinking about and
understanding these aspects can help you
prepare for the stumbling blocks you may
encounter.

Step2Breaking/ForcedRegression

Yourgoal.

SofarIhaven'tdiscussedthegoalandthatisfor
tworeasons:

One: The primary goal is already going to be


knowntoyoulongbeforeyoupickyoursubject.
You want a human creature to form into
something you desire whose current
programming would conflict with them
becoming.

Two: You have to have the subject on hand


beforeyoucanfindoutexactlywhatyouwantto
keep.

That last may take some by surprise. And a


numberofpeople,evenwhentheyknowwhatit
meansdon'treallycareaboutit.WhatI'mtalking
aboutisthefactthatyouare,hopefully,talking
aboutsomeonewhoisatleast18yearsold.Inall
but rare cases, they have skill sets and

knowledge that can be valuable. Regardless of


whetheryoudecidetokeepthemornot,youare
goingtowanttolearnaboutthemanyway.But
asyoudoyou'llneedtodecidethen if youare
goingtokeepthemandmodifyyourgoals,and
then modify your training to take that into
account.

Obviously you generally can't get a reluctant


subjecttorevealallthesethingstoyou.Inwhich
caseyou'regoingtohavetoworktofindthem
out during the breaking. But we're going to
assumethatyouhaveawillingsubjectwhowill
have a vested interest in sharing these things
withyou.Nottosaythatyouwon'tlearnmore
ofthemduringthebreaking.Sojustbeflexible
astohowyoufindoutthesethingsandbeready
tomodifyyourgoalsaccordingly.

Themindset.

Thisisveryimportant.Yourmindsetisthatthe
creature before you is the enemy. And the
enemy must die. Not the subjects body. That

must be preserved at almost all cost. However


theirmental, emotional, and spiritual self must
be destroyed. Leaving nothing but a husk.
Regardlessofyourreasonsfordoingthistothe
subject,atthispointthereisonlyroomforone
outcome:theircompletedestruction.Thereisno
room for love, compassion, or even pity. They
aretheenemy.It'syouorthem.Theonlything
theyhavethatyouareinterestedinatallistheir
body.Andyouaregoingtoripthemoutofitand
hosethemdownthedraininthefloor.Notout
of anger. In fact the only emotion you can
allowyourselfisabitofdisgustorannoyanceat
thisthinginfrontofyou,thiscompletemessand
wasteofoxygen.Theyaretheonlythingthatis
in the way of you relaxing and enjoying your
eveninglikeyoushouldbeableto.

Again,noemotions.Nodrama.Youhaveajobto
do,justdoit.

Thescope.

childhoodevents,thisisnotaboutregressinga
personbacktoachild.It'saboutregressingthe
subject back to that level of mental
understandingandlifeexperiencelevel.

Howfardoyouplantobreakyoursubjectdown?
Howfardoyouneedtoforcetheirregression?If
you'relookingtojustmakeanymphosexslave
thatisintotheusualkinkysex,youjustneedto
getthesubjectbacktothepointwheretheyjust
startedlearningaboutsexandwhatisrightor
wrongaboutsex.Ifhowever,youarelooking
foracompleteslavethatwillfollowyourevery
commandwithlittlethoughtaboutthemselves,
youwillneedtogobackmuchfurther.Actually
all the way back to where they started making
anyconsciousdecisionsaboutwhotofollowand
not.Formostthiswillusuallybewhentheygot
intoschoolandstartedtolearnthatfollowingor
not following someone had consequences. For
others you will have to go back further. It can
oftenbeverydifficulttodeterminethatpoint.

There is one deeper level and that is turning


someoneintonothingmorethanautomatonor
complete doll. If you're looking to create
somethingthatdoesn'treallythinkatallandhas
no curiosity, you will likely have to take them
backevenbeforebirth.Youwillneedtoencase
their mind in a cocoon of happiness that is
predicated on them not ever peaking out from
under the sheets. That can only experience
things safely if they are done to it or at the
instructions of someone else. This level is
achievable,butunderstandthatatthispointyou
havecreatedsomethingthatverylikelywillnot
beabletosafelyliveonitsowneveragainunless
reprocessed. My recommendation is that if
someone really wants this, take them down to
thenexthigherlevel,andmakethedollaspect
agameormasktheyputonforthecorrect
situation.

Primarytool/method.

This is where a lot of people screw things up.


Theyhaveseenthemovies.Theyhavereadthe

books. They have gained great skill in one or


moretoolsofthetrade.Theycancuttheburning
wicksoffcandleswithabullwhip.Theycanget
intosomeonesmindwithafewwords.Theycan
makethemfeelandbelievetheyareburningto
death while drowning in a pool of cool water.
Youinfactcanbemasterofallthesethingsand
thousandsmore.Andyouwillstillfailifyoufail
touseonesimpletooloverall:Control

Youmustalwaysmaintaincontrol.Specificallyof
yourself.Thingsaregoingtohappenwhichyou
may have little or no control of. But you must
neverletcontrol ofyourself, andthereforethe
situation,slipfromyourgrasp.Itdoesn'tmatter
whatthesubjectdoes,orwhathappensaround
you,youtakeitinstride.Thesubjectgetsloose
and kicks you right in the nuts. Suck it up and
walk it off. Never let emotion show or control
you. When you punish the subject for their
infraction,makeitverycoldandcalculated.Even
whenyouyellatthem,makeitclearthatyouare
choosingtoyellinordertodrivehomeapoint,
notbecauseyouareupset.Andtheywilltryto

make you upset. They will try to get you to


deviatefromyourcourse.Andtheyknowthatif
theycangetyouangryenoughtolashout,they
have gained control over you. And they will
exploitthat.Andyouwillfail.

ThePlan

Thereistheoldaxiomthatnoplansurvivesfirst
contact with the enemy. As I have firsthand
experience with that I have long ago given up
working out any sort of detailed plan. I keep it
verysimple:theprimarybreak,theregress,the
initialization.Everythingelsecanbemodifiedon
thespot.Whichisalsoahelpbecausethesubject
thencan'tstarttoanalyzeandpredictyou.The
onethingyouhavetowatchforisiftheyrealize
thereisnostrictplanandthingsgetmodifiedon
the fly, they may try to push your actions so
thatyoudothingstotheirdesires.It'sunlikely,
butitisapossibility.

Now this doesn't mean you can't have a set of


thingsyoudooverandoveragain.Infactit'svery

usefulifyouhaveatleastoneroutinethatyou
have set in stone. For example a start
punishmentsession routine. A series of things
youdothatwillletthemknowtheyareaboutto
bepunished.Itshouldbeasetofstepsthatare
distinct for that event. They should take some
time, but not too much. Enough so that the
subject realizes what is about to happen and
starttodreadit,butnotenoughtowherethey
starttolosefocus.

Letmegooverthethreepartsofmyplan.

PrimaryBreak:

Iusethetermprimarybecausethisisthebig
onethatdisconnectsthemfromtheworldthey
haveknownall their lives. This startsof course
with the isolation. But the goal with this is to
provetothemthateverythingtheythoughtthey
knewmayormaynotbereal.Certainthingslike
gravity and breathing can't be changed, but
everythingtheythoughttheyknewabouthistory
andthewaythingsworkcanbe.Luckilyoneof

thebiggestpostsinthefoundationsoftheirview
ofrealityistheonethatismostvulnerablenow.
That being that they will always be safe. Since
we'retalkingaboutsubjectsthatvolunteeredfor
this(otherwisewewouldbetalkingaboutillegal
activities),thishasn'tevenbeenshakenyet.

Thebestwaytosetthisupistokeepthemina
roomthatisasisolatedfromalloutsidestimulus
aspossible.Preferablyabasementroomthatis
as close to bare rock as you can get with no
windows. If you have to take them out for
bathroom, make sure they are completely
hooded and chained tight with limited
movement.Preferablywithearplugsin.Youcan
either go with constant very bright light or
completedarknessuntilyoucomeintoworkon
them. The only downside to the darkness
selection is they may start to feel safe in the
darkness.Youreallydon'twantthemtofeelsafe
at anytime. And if it's sound proof, have noise
constantly. Obviously not a radio or tv station.
AndtheGenevaconventionprohibitsBarneyon
repeat.Actuallyyoucanuseanymusicthatyou

don'tlike.Notonlywillthisconstantauralattack
onthemkeepthemdisoriented,butitwillstart
tobuildinanegativefeedbackloopforthistype
ofmusic.Whenyoucomein,thenoisestopsand
thelightsdimtocomfortablelevels.Sotheone
attackgoesawaybuttheyknowit'sonlysoyou
canabusethemmore.

Youaregoingtobephysicallyabusingthemover
and over again and irregular intervals. Would
recommend that these do not include fucking
thesubjectorusingitforyoursexualsatisfaction
atall.Usedildosonitifyoufeelit'sappropriate
but generally what you want to focus on is
driving the subject into the dull mind space
where they aren't thinking at all just accepting
whateverblowcomesnext.Obviouslyyoudon't
wantanyblowstoactuallydamagethesubject,
butyouwantthemaspainfulaspossibleandas
relentlessaspossible.Alsonote,thatifyougeta
painslut who gets off on this, their reaching
orgasm is not a problem. Make a note of it in
yourmind,butdonotacknowledgeitandkeep
thebeatinggoinglongaftertheyclimax.Andif

theyaremultiorgasmic,evenbetter.Besureto
regularly use something like a Hitachi to get
themoffoverandoveragain.Keepitgoinguntil
they pass out from exhaustion. Demonstrate
yourcontrolofthisaspectoftheirphysicalbody.
Keepchangingthingsupthough.Youwantthem
completely off balance at all times. If you've
been doing hour long sessions over and over
again,comeinonetime,turnoffthemusic,dim
thelights,dowhateverpreproutineyouhavein
place, slap them once and take a moment to
studytheirreaction.Thenleave,turningonthe
musicandlights.

You don't need to use any verbal abuse at this


time. In fact many argue that verbal abuse is
nevernecessary.PersonallyinlaterstagesIlike
touseitinaverycontrolledmanner.Butduring
thisfirststage,Ifeelit'sbestnottotalktothe
subjectatallandnotrespondatalltoanything
they say. This will have effect of making them
start to question if they are even speaking a
languageyourecognizeorevenalanguageatall.

Anoteonthesubjectusingthebathroom.You
willwantcontroleveryaspectofthis.Somefeel
thebucketmethodisgoodenough.Anditisfine
butIpreferamorecompletecontrolmethod.I
don'twantthemhavinganycontroloftheirnon
automatic body functions. Take them to a
bathroom area. If you don't have on in your
enclosure area, you should have constructed
something, even if it's just a designated floor
drain. If you have the training, I would
recommend going with a catheter and drain
themcompletely.Afteryouremoveit,givethem
alargeenema,onethatfillsthemandmakesit
impossible for them to retain. This is kinda
messy, but if you're worried about that, you
should probably stop reading now. The idea is
you're controlling aspects of themselves that
they have controlled for as long as they can
remember.Ifyouhaven'tbeentrainedtousea
catheterordon'twanttodealwithit,justgoon
with the enema and when you squat them to
void,theywillprobablypeeaswell.Ifnot,ignore
it.Eventuallytheywilleitherpisswhenyoubring
themout, or piss on themselves. For the initial

enemas, I recommend repeating until they run


clear. After you have finished emptying the
subjectout,hosethemoff.Don'tbegentlebut
be thorough. I would advise their bathroom
break be done before any meal. The empty
feelingintheirgutafteracompletecleaningwill
often prompt them to eat whatever you give
them.

Onfeeding.Forthispart,youwanttofeedthem
by hand. Again, not letting them have any
control.I'mnotgoingtogointospecificsofthe
diet.Youwillneedtotailoritabitforeachbody
style.Butitshouldbenutritiousenoughtokeep
them going, minus 1. Meaning that it has the
nutrients, but not enough calories. You want
theirbodytobestressedbylowlevelhunger,but
notdangerouslyso.Anditshouldbeverybland.
Atastelessgruel.Notsomethingthattastesbad.
Just doesn't taste good. A blender is your
friendhere.Amixofvegetablesandoatmealin
ablenderandevenifyouaddinprimeribitwill
comeoutbland.Ifyoukeepitwetenough,you

won't even need to give them a lot of water


unlesstheysweatalot.

Thequestionthatalwaysgetsaskediswhendo
youknowthebreakhappens?Iwilltellyouwhat
Iwastoldandcametolearnfirsthand.Youwill
see it in their eyes. It's not defeat. That comes
way before the break. It's not submission. It's
something much deeper. It's an utter and
complete devastation of their world. Gone is
everythingtheyknewasreal.Everysingletieto
knowledge that got them through the day has
either been heavily cracked or totally torn
asunder.Ifyousuddenlyfloatedinfrontofthem
andmorphedintosomethingelsecompletely,it
wouldnotevenphasethem.Theywouldaccept
that as their reality. The only link they have to
anythingoutside of that roomis you. And they
havecometolookforwardtoyourcoming,even
ifitmeansmorepain.Thetimeittakestogetto
thispointisnotset.Plantobeinitforthelong
haul.Itcantakemonths.Don'texpectit.Justbe
readywhenithappens.

Nowweareattheregressionphase.Andthisis
where I think speech can come in use again,
includingemotionalandmentalabuse.Youhave
severedtheirtiestoalltheknowledgetheyhad,
butitisstillthereinthesubjectsmind.Without
drugsyoucan'tactuallygetridofmemories.But
theyhaveallbecomesecondarytotheprimary
goal of just being. You want to start by asking
simple questions. And when they get them
wrong,youwillpunishthemlikeyouhaveduring
thebreaking,addingintheverbalhumiliationif
it'sappropriate.Ifeelthebestwaytostartthisis
the simple question Who are you? Be clear,
anyresponsethatstartswithIwillalwaysbe
wrong. They are nothing. They are meat. They
arelessthanananimal.Assoonastheystarta
sentencewithI,startyourpunishmentroutine
andthenpunishthemandendthecontact.Only
givethemonechancetogetanyquestionwrong.
Depending on the level of the question, and
especially at the beginning of this new phase,
you will want to put them through multiple
sessions before you again ask them the same
question.

Now the correct answer to the above question
obviouslydependsonhowfaryouwanttotake
thesubjectback.Ifyou'rejustgettingasexslave
out it, you might accept something along the
linesofthisgirlisaslave.Ifhoweveryouare
tearingthemallthewaydown,youaregoingto
wantnothingorbetteryetnoresponseother
thanaconfusedandquestioninglook.Anempty
lookbeggingforyoutotellitwhatitissupposed
tobe.Andsoitshouldbeforallquestionsand
answers.Youwillusethesetoputthesubjectin
thecorrectmentalleveltostarttheirtrainingat.

This phase is a little easier to determine when


you are done. They will know all the right
answers. And by know, I mean believe them
completely, even if they are counter to
everythingtheyhavebeentaughtbeforeyougot
holdofthem.Youwillhavetowatchtheireyes
andlistentotheirvoices.Mindyou, youaren't
trainingthematthispoint.Justresettingthemin
preparationtobetrained.Againthisshouldbea
timeofnosex.Butifyou'vedothebreakingas

wellasyouthinkyouhave,thisshouldberather
quick.

Then it's the initialization phase. This is where


youprepthesubjectforthetraining.Thiswillbe
thefirsttimesincethebreakingstartedthatyou
layoutyourexpectationsforthem.Youtellthem
whatyouaregoingtotrainthemtobe.Tellthem
some of the things they will be doing,
concentratingontheonesyouthink theymost
wouldhave resisted in thepast. Watch for any
resistancetowhatyoutellthem.Thisisatest.If
thereisanyresistance,youneedtosendthem
back to the breaking phase. This whole part is
youbuildingthefoundation.Anyflawandthings
cancomecrumblingdown.Iwouldn'tthinkmore
than a few days back in breaking would be
necessary.Thenagainwiththeregressing.Then
tryagainwiththeinitialization.Iftheypassthe
test, give them a set of instructions they must
perform to prove that they are ready to move
forward.Itdoesn'thavetobehard,butitshould
takesomepractice.Andinthiscaseitcaninclude
something sexual. It should be as degrading as

youcanmakeit.Theydon'thavetobeperfectat
it, but they must demonstrate that they are
willingtodotheirbestwithalmostnohesitation.
I say almost as if it is something like drinking
down your piss right from the source and they
werealwaysaneatnessfreakwhorarelyifever
even gave blowjobs, there will be hesitation,
they won't likely be able to help it. But if they
recover quickly then allow them to continue.
Obviouslyifthereisanyrealresistancethenit's
backtothebreaking.

Oncetheyhavefullypassedallthisyouareready
tomovetothenextstep:Conditioning/Training.
Thisisabigstep.Itwouldbeappropriateitdo
somethingtomarkit.Andmyrecommendation
istomarkyourslave.Uptothispoint,theyhave
been your enemy. A thing. Now you have the
beginnings of a slave. Branding would be
appropriate.Amarktheycanneverremovethat
will always remind them of what they are. The
universebeinginfluxalways,thereisalwaysthe
chancesomeonewilltryandrebreakthem.But
thatmarkonthemwillalwaysbetheretoremind

them that at one point they were willingly and


happilyaslave.

Step3Conditioning/Training

Soyou'vegotyoursubjectbeforeyou.It'sbeen
completelybrokenatthispoint.It'sstaringupat
youwitharathervacuousifeagerlook.Whileit

BeforeIgofurther,Iwanttohitpunishmentand
reward.You'llgetlargegroupsofpeopleonboth
sidesthatsaythatyouonlyneedtheirside.They
areofcourseidiotswhohavenobusinessdoing
anythingotherthanflippingburgers.Thekeyis
the use of both. Not the balance of both. The
appropriate use of both. When the subject
makesamistake,punishthemsoundly.Iftheydo
whattheyaresupposedtodo,nothingbeyond
mildpraiseshouldhappen.Ifhowevertheymake
a jump forward, learning lessons faster than
you'reteachingthem,thenyoushouldworkout
agoodrewardforthem.Butremembertokeep
it relative to their current state of living. For
example a bite of tasty real food, or perhaps
somehoneyintheirnextgruel.Don'tspoilthem.
And by the same token don't go overboard on
the punishment. It should be direct and to the
point.Youwouldbesurprisedhowwellstanding
in the corner for 20 minutes works on most
people.Orkneelingonahardfloorwithriceon
it.

There is also a small group that feel that some


sortofpunishmentshouldbeadministereddaily.
Iamnotofthatgroup.Theirargumentisthatit
keepsthesubjectintheproperstateofmind.I
wouldarguethatwhileitcandothat,itismore
likelytobecounterproductive.Itisunlikelythat
a subject will make it through a day without
repeatedpunishmentsanyway.Iftheyalsoknow
that they will be getting punished no matter
what,itlessenstheimpactofrealpunishment.

Ofcourse,thisdoesn'tmeanyoucan'tkeepalist
oftheirinfractionsandthenpunishthematthe
endoftheday.Butifyoudothis,youneedto
havealistoftheinfractionsandmakesurethey
understand what each infraction is causing
whichpunishment.

Andwithbothrewardandpunishment,youwant
tokeepwhatyoudoforeachswitchedup.Never
let them equate an action with a result in this
case. It's fine for them to know that if they do
somethingreallygoodthatthereisafairchance
theywillberewarded;youwantthemtoknow

that.Butit'snotgoodforthemtoknowthatdo
thatthingreallygood,theyaregoingtogetx.
Thebiggestreasonisitbreedscontemptforx,
no matter if it's a reward or punishment. They
know what can trigger the receiving it, so in a
sense they have control over it. And if they, as
lessthandirtunderyourfeethavecontrolover
it,thenxcan'tbethatgood/bad.Ifyouneeda
real world example for this, just look at any of
today'sprisonersintheAmericanprisonsystem.
Cut off their cable porn and the ACLU will be
screaming about human rights violations. And
lookattherecidivismrate.

And I'm going to say it one more time. Never,


ever,punishwhileangry.You'renotsupposedto
everletthemseeyouangryinthefirstplace.So
maintain control, move through whatever they
did to anger you, then come back and punish
themwhenyouarecold.

Step 1 and step 2 are interestingly enough the


exact same: Decide exactly what you want to
formthesubjectinto.Theonlydifferenceisthe
timing.Beforeyouevenchooseyoursubject,you
want to have that worked out. Then you are
going to go through the isolation and breaking
procedures. While you are doing that, you are
goingtolearnalotaboutthesubjectandwhat
skillsandabilitiesitalreadyhas.Imentionedthis
beforesoitshouldn'tbeasurprisehere.Andthis
iswhereyourepeatstep1.Youhavenewfactors
toconsiderandneedtodecideifyou'regoingto
modifyinanywaywhatyouoriginallywanted.

Now I want to emphasize here that this isn't


somethingthatshouldfeelyouneedtomakea
quick decision on. You have the subject in a
mindsetyoucanmaintainfordaysorweeks.It
takeslittleworktokeepitthere.Whileyouwant
toworkthisoutasquicklyaspossibleformany
reasons, rushing this step and then wanting to
changethingslateronwillcostyoumoretime.

Bothtimesyoumakethisdecision,youmustbe
completely into whatever you decide. There
can be no doubt in your mind. The subject will
respond to that as you take them through
training.Thisisn'ttosaythattheycan'tseeyou
thinking things through. Just that when you
makeadecision,theyhavetoknowthatyouare
goingtosticktoitunlesssomethingmajorcomes
uptochangeit.Additionally,everytimeyoudo
something with the subject, you need to have
theimageofwhatyou'remoldingthemintoin
the forefront of your mind. Most of you know
thisaskeepingyoureyeontheball.Thosewith
anyartbackgroundknowsitasseeingtheimage
in the medium so you can bring it out. The
keepingthisfocusispassedoninyourdemeanor
and the subject will recognize it at a very gut
level. This will both worry them, in that they
won'tbesuretheycanmeasureup,andcomfort
them,inthattheoneteachingthemknowswhat
theywant.

Soyouknowwhatyouwantthemtobeandthe
skillsyouwantthemtohave.Wheretostart.In

myopinionit'sbesttotakeourcuefromthose
who have been doing something like this for
thousandsofyears.Sothestartis:

Iknowit'sbecomeabitofacheesyjoke,butthe
principle is very sound. Remember you are
startingwithsomethingwhosementalcapacity
isasclosetonilasyoucanmakeit.Youneedto
lay down a framework for it to be able to
understand the higher concepts it is going to
havetolearnaswellasgivingitagoaltostrive
for.Additionally,likethechoresthatweretaught
inthemoviewereleadingtothingsthatwould
make him safe, these chores will become
somethingthatthesubjectcancomebacktoand
shield themselves with if/when the outside
worldstartscausingproblems.

Figureoutwhicharethesimplestchoresitcan
do.Thingsthatarerepetitiveandeasytodo.And
thefirstthingsshouldbeonesthatareaslowas
possiblethatdon'treallyaccomplishanythingof

lastingvalue.Sweeping,dusting,andscrubbing.
Things like that. Set up a specific routine that
theycanadhereto.Forexample:Makethebeds,
cleanthebathroom,cleanthekitchen,anddust
everything.Somethingtheycandoeverydayin
the same order. Once they have those tasks
downtoperfectionstartmovingtomoredifficult
ones.

You should have noticed that all the examples


are service oriented. This is driving home the
ideathateveryactiontheyareevergoingtobe
doingisserviceoriented.Theirentireexistence
must be based on their worth to you. Not to
anyoneelseoranythingelse.Andtheseshould
be things that need your approval to be
considereddonecorrectly.Don'tbeafraidtobe
overlydemandingonthesetasksaswell.Ifyou
canfindfaultwiththeirwork,dosoandpunish
themforitandmakethemdoitoveragainuntil
itisdoneright.

Nowobviouslyifwhatyouarewantingtocreate
is a human cow or pony or some other hu

animal,youmayormaynotwanttodothatsort
oftraininguntillater.Soinsteadyou'llhavethem
dothingsthatarerelatedtohowtheyaregoing
toprimarilybeused.Thoseareunusualtypesso
I will be covering them and other animals in
separate pieces. Going to keep this piece fairly
generic. Just know there is no reason for a
human cow not to know how to do some
human oriented tasks. You just have to be
clear that these aren't tasks a human does,
rathertheyaretasksthataslavedoes.

Onceyouarereadytogetintoactuallyteaching
themhowyouwantthemtothinkandwhatyou
wantthemtoknow,remembertheyareasclose
toablankslateasyoucangetbuttheywillstill
have the memories of everything they have
learned. It's very likely they are going to know
some subjects better than you. Especially if
you'relikemeanddatesandnamesfromhistory
arealostcause.Partofyourprepworkisputting
togetherhardcopythatyoucanrefertoofallthe
stuffyou'regoingtoneedtohavethehardfacts
for. Nothing makes a student loose respect for

theteacherfasterthanrepeatedlycatchingthem
out.Andmakesureyoudon'tsaysomethingis
andtrytosupportitjustwithbecauseIsaidso.
It will work, but only temporarily. You want
something that will last so work up logical
explanations for everything you want to be an
importantpartofhowtheythink.

I'llgiveanexample.

Posit: The peoples that were inhabiting North


AmericawhenColumbusgotherehavenoright
tocallthemselvesNativeAmericansnordothey
haveaninherentrighttoanyoftheland.

Nowofcoursethatfliesinthefaceofeverything
they've been taught. Something that well
entrenched in the prevailing dogma is going to
bring up a great number of kneejerk denial
reactions,manyofthembasedonknownfacts.
In truth, something as strong as this you are
probablygoingtowanttowaituntillatertohit
themwith.Soyoucan'tjustsaybecauseIsaid
so.Youneedsomefactsofyourown.

Fact:TheyaredescendedfromAsiansthatcame
overduringthelastmajoriceage.

Fact: They were not the first ones on this


continent.Europeanscameoverearlier,known
astheClovispeople.

Fact:TheAsiansweremoreprolificandwarlike
andkilledofforenslavedtheClovispeoplewhen
theymet.

Lesson: As the Asians used superior numbers,


aggression and technology to best the Clovis
people, it is right that later the decedents in
Europe did the same to the Asians in the
Americas.

excellent example of how even a long known
fact can be changed to teach something
completely opposite to what everyone was
broughtuptobelieve.Anditgivesthemactual

they don't have to fall back on because my
mastersaidso.

If you've done your job correctly with the


breakingandregression,thesubjectisgoingto
drinkineverythingyourteachthem.Howeverdo
notcountofthemrememberingitroteperfect
the first time around. Or even the second. You
willneedtodrillthemrepeatedlytomakesure
theygetthingsabsolutelycorrect.Remember,in
some areas you are changing things they
believedforalifetime.Nottheleastofwhichis
the idea that they should be free and equal to
you.The teaching itself reinforces the fact that
theirpastbeliefinthatisabsurd.

Therearesomewhoaskifhavingascheduleof
theteachingisgood.Irespondwithitcanbe,
butnotalways.Thisisfortworeasons.One,you
reallycan'tknowaheadoftimehowfasttheyare
goingtolearnthings.Two,thebraintrainsbetter
ifeachlessonleadsnaturallyontothenextone.

Soevenjusthavinganorderofthingsthatyou
wanttoteachcangetintheway.Forexample,if
youareteachingthemtheproperprotocolsfor
howtorespondtosomeonetheymayatsome
pointaskhowtojudgewhatsomeone'sstatusis.
Now obviously this is a higher level lesson and
the first instinct is to tell them to wait. But it
generallymakessensetoatleastcoverthebasics
so it's firmly linked to lesson just learned. You
don't have to go into full detail, but give them
enough that they get the general idea. Then
whenyougetintodetaillater,theywillbeable
to link it to what you said before, making the
connection and understanding that much
stronger.

Therearethosewhowouldargue,withreason,
that there really isn't a fourth phase. That the
Conditioning/Training is always ongoing. The
reasonIseparatethemisbecauseinthisphase
you aren't actually trying to teach them
everything they will have to know. Rather you
are teaching them the framework of thought
thatthey willuseto assimilate everythingelse,

including things they learn from someone else


thanyou.

Which brings up to reintroducing them to the


outside world. This should be done carefully.
Ideallyyouwanttojustintroducethemtothose
who understand what you're doing and agree
withyourwayofthinkingforthefirststepinto
reintroducing them to the outside world. You
may have already chosen to include some of
them during your breaking process, but now is
thetimetobringintherest.Demonstratethatit
isn'tjustyouthatviewsthesubjectlikethis.That
thereareanumberofpeoplewhothinkjustlike
you.Allowthesubjecttobearoundwhenyou're
discussing things with them, especially if it
relates to how they should be thinking or
knowledgetheyshouldknow.

Afteryouaresurethattheyunderstandyouhave
anumberoffriendswhoarethesameway,start
introducing them to outside input like letting
themsitatyourfeetwhileyouwatchthenews.
Watchhowtheyreact.Iftheystarttoshowsigns

thattheyarenotthinkingcorrectly,you'llneed
to punish and retrain before letting them view
and access more. By the same token, if they
show that they have learned their lessons well
andareactuallymakingreasonedargumentsin
favorofthepointofviewyouwantthemtohave,
besuretorewardthem.

Once they are comfortable with that and the


training is moving along well, and if you are
planningonhavingthemrunerrandsforyou,it's
timetostarttakingthemplaceswithyou.Tothe
store for what you need. To restaurants. On
walks. Things where they will need to do a
minimumofinteractionwithoutsidepeoplewho
would likely be horrified to know what you've
done to your subject. Now this is the most
dangerous part so you're going to want to be
completelyconfidentthatallyourtrainingupto
thispointislockedinsolid.

Howfaryouwanttotaketheirreintegrationinto
societyiscompletelyuptoyou.Atthispointthe
sameadvice:watchhowtheyreactateachstep

andiftheystarttoshowsignsoffallingoffthe
path, go all the way back to the basics of this
Step.Thereshouldn'tbeaneedtogoalltheway
backtothebreakingstep.Butpartofyourgoal
istocondition them to acceptyourway as the
onlyway.Youdon'twanttobecaughtuptrying
totrainthemineverylittledetailtheywillcome
across. You want it so that if they come across
something counter to what you taught them,
thattheycomeupwiththeirownreasonswhy
thenewpieceofinformationiswrongandtobe
ignored.

Oldskills:

They can be very useful, profitable, and


enjoyable,butthereissomethingthatmustbe
kept in mind about them. They all have their
memories concerning how and why they were
learned.Ifyou'retalkingabouttradeskills,these
are probably learned in school so there isn't
much to be concerned about. But if they are
morepersonal,likemusic,sewing,artistry,then
youprobablyneedtogivethemanewreasonto

havethem.It'sunlikelythattheylearnedthese
things because they were told a future
husband/wife/owner would want them to be
abletodothesethings.Sotheylikelyhavestrong
emotional ties as to the why and more
importantly the how. The variations are too
numeroustodetailhere,butI'msureifyoutake
a moment to think of any nontrade skill you
learned, there is a strong connection with
previous events and people. So every time the
slave uses these skills, there is a good chance
they will think of these and experience the old
feelings.

Therearetwowaysthatyoucandealwiththis.
Thefirstisyoucangivethemanewnarrativeas
towhytheylearneditaswellashowtheywere
taught and who taught them. This can be a
complete rewrite or just modify their
recollections of specific points that change the
intent.Aquickexamplewouldbethis:

she could at first be used to do a lot of the

tobemarriedofftotherightperson.Itisauseful
skill.

Thesecondwayisyouleaveeverythinginplace,
butyoumakeitclearthatthosethingshappened
to a dead person. A person that no longer
exists.Thesubjecthastheskillsofsomeonewho
failedthetestoflife.Theyshouldbehappythey
dohavetheskillsbecausetheypleaseyou,but
that the old person was misusing them and
therefore didn't deserve them. Personally I
generally prefer this method as it takes less
tinkeringwithhistoryinthesubjectsmind.The
more you you modify, the more complicated
thingsget.

Whatyou'vebeenwaitingfor:

I haven't mentioned when to start the sexual
training.Thatofcoursestartsatdayoneofthe
Training/Conditioning. Now that I've gone over
theboringparts,wecantalkaboutthefunparts.
Sex is a wonderfully strong tool to condition
someone to do things the way you want them
too.Therushofendorphinsdoesamazingthings
to convince someone that they want to keep
pleasingyou.SoineveryoneofthestepsIlisted
above,letyourimaginationgowildonhowyou
canuseyourkinkstoenhancethetraining.

Theonethingyoudon'twanttodoismakesexa
reward. You want to keep it spontaneous and
something done for yourself. Their enjoyment
mustbesecondarytoyours.Theymustneverbe
allowedtocountupongettingitorthinktheycan
use it as a tool on you to get something. For
example if they get a lesson right quite a bit
faster than you expected and you feel like you
wanttorewardthem,givethemachocolateor
somethingsimilarthat'sephemeral,butdonot
givethemsomethingsexual.

Ofcoursemostofyoursexualuseofthesubject
is going to be after a training session. Who
doesn't like to relax that way after hard work?
And this is fine and actually good. Because the
usageisn'tdependentonwhethertheydidgood
orbad.It'scompletelyunconnectedtoanything
they did. It's just you using their body for your
relaxation.Especiallyiftheydon'torgasmfrom
it.

Thereisasmallstumblingblockyoudohaveto
watch out for. I suspect most who are reading
thiswiththeideaofdoingitaresexualsadistsas
well.Whichmeansthatanumberofthethings
youareusingforactualpunishmentaregoingto
beusedforyoursexualsadisticenjoyment.This
cancauseconfusioninthesubject.

The biggest thing you have to do is make sure


you keep in your mind what the reason is for
whatyouaredoingtothesubject.Ifitwillhelp
repeat,inyourmindoraloud,beforeeachblow
whatthepunishmentisfor.

The second biggest is making sure that they
subject keeps in their mind why you are doing
whatyou'redoingtothem.Itcanhelp tohave
the subject repeat audibly the infraction that
they are being punished for or a statement of
what they must do to avoid punishment next
time.

It's in that order because remember you are


settingup anew universe for them.And if you
don'tfullybelievethereason,thenitwillcome
through.Andthusshaketheirunderstandingand
acceptance. This doesn't mean you can't on
somelevelenjoywhatyou'redoing.It'sjustyou
must keep a very tight reign on it and stay
completely focused and you can never let
yourselfgetcarriedaway.

Somethingelsethatcanhelpishavingacertain
implementortwothatarejustforpunishment.
And by certain I mean specific. For example,
youhaveaspecificbeltyouuseforpunishment.

seethatbelt,theyknowit'spunishment.

Knowwhatyouwanttomake.

modified their personality so that they will

Time to kick back and enjoy the fruits of your


labor.Aren'tyougladthat'sover?Allthoselong
hours. All that hard work. Especially in the
breaking process. You knew that keeping the
subjectdisorientedwasgoingtomeanveryodd
andlonghoursforthem,butdidn'tquiterealize
howmuchitmeantthesameforyou..Andthe
teaching! The same thing over and over until
they got it rote perfect. Finished! They have
graduated!Yourjobisdone.

One of the more common terms for a slave is


pet.Andthat'sveryappropriate.Theyareyour
pet.Only,eveniftheyaretrainedtobeyourkitty
or puppy, they are not like a real cat or dog.
Regardlessofwhatyouareusingthemfor,they
aremorelikeshowhorse.Andnotjustanyshow
horse,butanAppaloosa.Forthosewhoarenot
horsepeople,afriendonceitputitlikethis:they
areexcellentshowhorsesandcandowonderful
things,buttheproblemistheyareoftensmarter
thantheirriderandworse,knowit.

Whilethebreakingandconditioningprocesswill
get them fully into the slave mindset, and
thereforeintowhatevertypeofworkyouwant
them to do, the human brain is specifically
designed to constantly learn. It is naturally
inquisitive.Itwill,whethertheslavewantsitto
or not, continually try to test boundaries. With

the breaking and conditioning you may have


significantly curbed that, but if you want it to
staythatway,youwillneedtobewatchfuland
constantlykeepitcurbed.Obviouslythistrait
is more prominent in some people than it is in
others.Andyoumaygetsomeoneinwhomitis
almostnonexistenttobeginwithsolesswork.

Additionally one of the downsides to a full


brainwashingisyouarewashingthebrainofa
lot ofitspriorexperiences or at least putting a
barrierbetweentheexperienceandthesubject.
It's got a whole new universe to explore. And
makenomistake,thisisadoubleedgedsword.
Ononehandyouwantthemtolearnhowbetter
to serve you. On the other, they may also be
learningreasonsnottoserveyou.Andthatword
thatmostparentsdreadwillstartpoppingupa
lot:why?

ThisiswherethesmudgingofthelinesItalked
about above come in. For example: a slave
always defers to their master. However out in
therealworld,youwillrarelyseethis.Everyone

isequal.Whenyoutakeyourslaveouttheywill
seethisandtheirmindcan'thelpbutcompare
theirsituationtowhattheyseegoingonaround
them.Evenifyou'vedoneyourjobandexplained
in detail whythat way is bad, theywill see the
other nonslaves being happy and wonder. It's
thegrassisalwaysgreenerissue.Andthereare
all sorts of these types of things in modern
society. Hell, even the M/s related books and
moviesalwaystrytopaintthemoutasequal.So
not only do you have the grass is always
greener,butalsopeerpressure.

Andnowletsgobacktothathorseanalogy.At
this point you've really only taught them the
basicsandsomeoftheadvanced.Ifthat'sallyou
wantthenyou'regood.Butmostwanttokeep
improving their stock. Perhaps even turn them
into a money maker. That takes more training.
And more training. Oh, and a little bit of extra
trainingaswell.

Basics:

Isolation.

I don't mean like when you're doing the


breaking.I mean keeping their interaction with
theoutsideworldtotheminimumneeded.This
willbeespeciallytrueinthebeginning.Forthe
firstfewmonthsevenaftertraining,keepthings
asquietasisfeasible.They'vebeenputthrough
thewringer.Iknowtheyareonlymeat,buteven
meatsometimesneedssomerecoverytime.This
iswhatallowstheclaytoharden.

And lets face it; for almost all people in the


modernworld,theinformationoverloadisvery
real.Theirmindsareconstantlybeingpulledin
differentdirectionsandthepushistogoseethe
latestbrightandshiny.Therehavebeenseveral
studiesoutthatindicatethatthisisgettingtothe
critical level and is responsible for some of the
crazybehaviorweseetoday.Whatyouhaveis
someone who's brain has been scrapped clean
andwarpedintoanewshape.Atriptothemall
couldliterallysendthemintoacatatonicstate.

Also,asamaster,itwillbeyourresponsibilityto
keepbadinfluencesout.Thisincludesthingsthat
will distract them from their duties. As a slave,

over and over again especially in the first few
months.Thisisespeciallytrueforthoselessons
thatarecontrarytowhattheycanobserveona
daytodaybasisintheouterworld.Yesthisisjust
likeschool.Onlymoreimportantasyouwillbe
goingagainstalotofwhattheylearnedinschool.

Partoftherepetitionmustincludethewhys.
Theyalreadylearnedthelessonasrote.Nowit's
time for their brain to be drawing the same
conclusionfromthefactsasyoupresentthem.
Nottobringupbadmemoriesformostofyou,

math. It makes sure they fully understand why
theansweriswhatitis.Additionallyyouwould
be including reasons why it is important for

shiftorshirt,butitisquiteabitmorethanwhat
theyhad.Perhapsapillowforthemtosleepon.

a talent at. Singing, playing an instrument,
drawing, wood working, etc. Almost all people
havesomethingthattheyareinterestedinthat

thehouse,butcanaddtotheoverallenjoyment
inthehouse.

Itisanotherprivilegethatcanbetakenaway,but

Thehobbycanalsoprovideanotherbenefitthat

can pull the master off balance and drag them
thewaytheywanttogo.Eitherfastenoughor
keeppullingharduntiltheygettired.Mymother

atthetimeifsheweighedover110lbs,shejust
ateabigmeal.Andshepreferredherdogsabout
thesamesize.Shewouldtrainona20'leash.She
startedwalkingthedogoncloseleash,allbuta
few feet gathered in her hand. And she would
wait. Soon the dog would see something and
leapaway.Atthispointshewoulddropallbut
thehandle,clutchthehandlewithbothhandsto
herchest,turnintheoppositedirection,andrun
asfastasshecouldwithherheaddown.Inthe

Thesameprinciplehere.Atfirstit'sfinetostart
outsmackingtheslavedowneverytimeitstarts
pushingtheboundaries.Butyoualsohavetolet

don't reward them for staying inside the
boundaries. This sets it up in their mind that if

run. It needs to be a punishment every time

Continuingtraining

Inthisthebasicswillformthebaseandnotthe
actual training part. Without getting into
specificsofwhattheycanbetrainedtodo,there
isnotmuchelsetosayaboutthis.Keepinmind
you are human too. You will get bored of your
slaveifyoudon'tcontinuallyimproveit.Inthat
