-MATERIALS OR EQUIPMENT:

BLENDER MACHINE
OVEN
BRUSH
SPOONS

-INGREDIENTS

WATER
FISH BONES
MILK POWDER
FLOUR
SUGAR
CHOCOLATE POWDER

-GENERAL PROCEDURES

BOIL THE FISHBONES FOR 20 MINUTES.


PUT THE FISHBONES IN A BOWL WITH A WATER.
REMOVE THE FISH MEAT LEFT ON THE BONE'S SURFACE.
GRIND UNTIL POWDERY. OVEN DRY.
TOAST FLOUR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
SIFT FLOUR. PRESS THE LUMPS, AND SIFT FLOUR AGAIN.

BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT FOR THE WATER.


COOL, MOLD AND WRAP, AND PACK.
