2. To promote and creating awareness in different hospitals about Life Care Finance.
3. To generate a lead by visiting hospitals and collaborate with them for financial
service.
4. To increase the penetration of Bajaj Finserv in untapped market.
5. To understand the issues with Life Care Finance and expectations from hospital in
order to increase the business.

1. Generated 22 hospitals code which increased sales by 45% in Pune and PimpriChinchwad.
2. Company get to know about market potential in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad.
3. Promotion of new product in various geographical segment in Pune.
4. Company gets new contacts and customers to boost sales.

Conclusion:
Summer internship training forms an integral part of the curriculum of the MBA
course. It gives an insight into the working of the real corporate world. It gives practical
knowledge about the working of the organizations. This short time within the industry creates
an opportunity to learn the various aspects of an organization like the culture followed,
functional aspects etc. The main objective of the summer internship is to experience the
various concepts that are taught in the first year of the management course, as learning the
concepts is very different from experiencing them at a concrete level. It provides an
experience to face the various situations by establishing relationships between real and
significant factors in a situation. It also helps to build a base for Second year of management
Course where we have focus on particular specialization.
Right from stepping into Bajaj Finserv for doing internship in Life Care Finance I
got opportunity to take on many challenges. I was fortunate enough that every challenge
came with new learning and bunch of knowledge which made following path easier. Theory
is better explained in classrooms whereas to get a firsthand experience of work need to be in
an organization.It was really great experience for me to apply and correlate things I have
learned during my first year of MBA with practical aspects of Industries. Also thanks to Bajaj
Finserv I am lucky to get real on-field experience.
