Conduct Orders: The person restrained must not do the following things

their family members, caretakers, or guardians. Peaceful written contact


through a lawyer or through a process server or another person in order
to serve legal papers is allowed and does not violate this order. Stay

Away The person restrained must stay at least 100 yards away from the
protected person and: Home, Vehicle No Guns or Other Firearms or

Ammunition The person restrained cannot own, possess, have, buy or

try to buy, receive or try to receive, or in any other way get a gun, other
firearms or ammunition The Person restrained must: Sell to licensed gun
dealer or turn to a law enforcement agency any guns or other firearms
within his or her immediate possession or control. This must be done

within 24 hours or being served with this order. File a receipt with the

court within 48 hours of receiving this order that proves guns have been
turned in or sold. The court has received information that the person

restrained owns or possess a firearm. Record Unlawful Communications:


The person protected has the right to record communications made by
the person restrained that violate the judge's orders. Batterer

Intervention Program The person restrained must go to and pay for a


52-week batterer intervention program and show written proof of
completion to the court. This program must be approved by the

probation department. Further it is ordered by the court that the

Defendant have an HIV test and report results confidentiality to the


Court.

Further ordered to have gender assessment therapy and report

to Mental Health Counselor by 12/15/15.
