Q1 FY17 Performance
In Q1 FY17 standalone revenues stood at Rs. 1,290.33 Lakh. The corresponding PAT was at
Rs. 134.97 Lakh. Business momentum continues to build with new order wins complementing
gains from existing implementations. The versatility of the UniServe platform together with the
mission critical nature of the solution has translated into a high retention rate of customers.
Banking on its leadership in telecom in South Asia, the Company has made further inroads
during the year 2016; with the platform having over 70% market share in mobile telephony in
India. The Companys order book as on June 30, 2016 stood at Rs. 2,103 Lakh, excluding the
recent large strategic order.
Intense Technologies stands at the vanguard of digital enablement of customer experience and
has delivered solutions beyond the telecom vertical. The UniServe platform has acquired
multiple major logos in the insurance and finance sector both within India and the Middle-East.
The Company has also gained experience in platform deployment across State and Central
level departments within the Government.
The strategy of growing the contribution from overseas geographies is progressing per plan in
tandem with the universal appeal of the platform its growing acceptability amongst CIOs/CTOs
and the global acclaim it has received for transcoding deep-rooted legacy systems into the
modern era of hyper-connected, app-driven, data-hungry consumers.

As the deployment of UniServe intensifies in key markets and domains, the Company is
broadening its revenue profile through the SAAS (software as a service) model that is designed
to bring visibility to the model. With the business acquiring scale, the Companys financial
performance is getting augmented through multiple revenue streams which include income from
licensing fees, AMC services, operations support and change requests. Additionally the ensuing
quarters will see greater contribution from the recent major award of contracts including gains
through extended services and value added solutions.
