during the exam process. The phone may not be used or accessed unless used to contact RPNow.
Students are responsible for making sure their computer is up to date; the Blackboard Browser
Checker can help with this.
RPNow: Submitting a Proctor Request Form

courses are not eligible for this service. The instructor must approve the use of RPNow for their
assessments.
Students are required to submit a proctor request form each semester they are enrolled in a UAA
course with proctored exams.
Proctor request forms are due by the third week of the semester.
The form only needs to be submitted once per semester unless the student changes sites.
Students using RPNow will need to acknowledge the assessment will be completed in a private
isolated environment by providing the specific address of the location.
Attempts to falsify forms submitted to eLearning and test in public environments, excluding individual
study rooms in the library, will result in escalation to the instructor/Dean of Students office.
eLearning Staff reserves the right to refuse any submitted proctor request forms that are not deemed
suitable for test proctoring.
Requests for public locations will be denied.
