The Plan

The franchisee partner needs to pay ONLY for the student material and the royalty
charges (Phonics Fun) on student fees in the form of post dated cheques as advised in the
proposal. There is NO INVESTMENT IN TERMS OF FRANCHISEE FEES. Set a target
for yourself as shown below so as to give direction to your planning & efforts:

These are achievable and realistic targets and you can achieve the admissions
through your centre and/or from school tie ups.

The franchisee partner needs to provide 6 post dated cheques to be given at the time of signing the
franchisee agreement. The cheque amounts are given below in the table.
These cheques are against the books (student material) and royalty (in case of Phonics Fun) for student
admissions. Franchisee agreement will be finalized only after the realization of the 1 st cheque.
Please note this is NOT AN INVESTMENT in terms of the FRANCHISEE FEES, these are charges for
student material.
The partner however needs to pay the training charges for faculty at the time of training which is non
refundable. (Teacher Training charges will not be waived off under this scheme)

Example: If a franchisee partner signs a franchisee agreement on 1 st January 2015, he/she needs to give post

Note: Rs.1200 given above is calculated as the royalty on student fees. This amount will differ as per the fees
decided by the franchisee partner. For Rs.6000 fees, it will be Rs 1200 (20%), for Rs.7000 fees, it will
be Rs.1400 (20%) & so on
