Please take note that effective 1 April 2016, all amounts and cheque payments
to Maxis should be addressed to Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd ("MBSB").
Please take notice that your subscription contract ("Agreement") has been
novated (transferred) by Maxis Mobile Services Sdn Bhd ("MMSSB") to Maxis
Broadband Sdn Bhd with effect from 1 April 2016 ("Effective Date"). Pursuant
to such novation (transfer), as from 1 April : (i) MBSB shall be a party to the
Agreement and shall assume all rights and obligations of MMSSB as if MBSB
were a party to the Agreement, in place of MMSSB; and (ii) MMSSB shall be
released and discharged from all obligations and liabilities. If you continue to
use the services hereunder after one month from the Effective Date, it shall be
deemed that you agree and consent to such novation and transfer, and to
continue with the services under this Agreement, as novated.
