of the consultancy companies as consultancy provide back checking to rural and
urban areas also to ensure their implemented quality standards. As companies focuses
on various sources of marketing and also expand their reach to rural areas. According
to our research, consultancy companies spend millions and billions on above the line
(ATL) and below the line (BTL) Activations of several brands on behalf of their
clients. At the end of the day, question arises that how these activities and campaigns
gone, but there is always a difference between the expectations and delivery. Quality
Assurance department plays a vital role in consultancy firms because it provides
evaluation of quality and services provided to customers. For back checking in quality
assurance department, consultancy firms hire Quality assurance professionals (QAPs)
who visit the spot as location with day and time provided to them. From there they
gather evidence of such activities in the form of visuals, audio and video on the spot
which provided to quality assurance department for analysis and making report of
activity depend on secondary evidences, and sometimes it create errors also, because
they finalize results on the basis of information and evidences provided by QAPs to
consultancy companies.
