Santner to Ashwin, out Lbw!! Oh that's given, quite to the chagrin of the Indian balcony. Surely
an inside edge given that the ball has eventually rolled away towards fine leg. Hang on. This is a
magnificent decision from the umpire. They've copped a fair share of flak in this series, but it's
only fair to credit them in bold when they pull off such a tight call with aplomb. Quicker through
the air, grips a little but not as much as Ashwin thinks. Ends up playing outside the line. The ball
clips the pad first and then goes on to run away off the inside edge. That finger from Tucker went
up in a flash. Kohli is befuddled on the balcony. He'll soon find out. Ashwin lbw b Santner

Boult to Kohli, out Lbw!! Kohli is down on all fours, a helpless smile on his face. Nothing,
absolutely nothing he could do about it as the ball shooted low from round the wicket and
crashed into the front pad with him being pinned to the crease. Huge shout, excellent appeal from
NZ and the umpire raises his finger after a long, hard think. What he was trying to figure was if
the impact was in line with off. Decided in the affirmative. HawkEye suggests it's marginal. But
when a batsman falls over like that, it just looks dead. That change of angle fetches massive
rewards straightaway and NZ can continue to believe. Kohli lbw b Boult 45(65) [4s-7]

Matt Henry to Rahane, out Caught by Boult!! That's a self-deprecating shot from Rahane. With
so much of uneven bounce on offer, he goes for an unruly pull. Preempts the pace all wrong, is
early into his pull and lobs a top-edge to fine leg. Not much pace off the pitch, but he thrusted
into that shot so hard that it carried all the way. Good catch, it has to be said, braving the sun.

Boult to Dhawan, out Lbw!! Loud appeal and gone. This is a parade of sorts. Third wicket down
for India after lunch. This delivery nips back in from over the wicket, shaves past the inside edge
and thuds into the front pad. Likely to hit the leg-stump. Dhawan was back to this, shaping for a
single round the corner. Fails to cover for the ball scisssoring in and is pinned in front. Some bat
there but that was only after the ball hit the pad. Is Dhawan's Test career done for a while?

Matt Henry to Pujara, out Lbw!! Loooong appeal, umpire Richard Kettleborough thinks and then
gives it out. Full ball nipping back in a touch to hurry Pujara clip. Is late and misses, is pinged on
the pad and is sent back. On replays, the ball looks to be doing just a touch more. At best
clipping leg but what do we know. Two quick wickets for New Zealand. Just what this Test
match needed. Pujara lbw b Matt Henry 4(7) [4s-1]

Matt Henry to Vijay, out Caught by Guptill!! Three brilliant balls and then this: the sucker
delivery. Vijay is uncertain about the bounce and is wary, so he hangs back in his crease. Sees the
fullish length from Matt Henry - which in itself is a brilliant set-up - and pushes forward. But not
soon enough. Not forward enough. And the outside edge is healthy enough to carry to 2nd slip.
The ball was dying but the slip was shrewdly placed slightly close-in and Guptill crouched well
in front to pouch that. Vijay c Guptill b Matt Henry 7(15) [4s-1]
