The Committee on Military Affairs, to whom was, referred the resolution (H. Res. 323) requesting the Secretary of War to send to the
House of Representatives certain information with regard to the
number of organizations of the National Guard now oIlduty on the
Mexican border which are not up to the prescribed war strength,
having considered the same, report thereon with a recommendation
that it do pass.
