Project involves exploration of control theoretic techniques to analyze dynamic stability of supply chain.
Supply chain of manufacturing system APVIOBPCS (Automatic Pipeline Variable Inventory Order Based
Production Control System) is modeled and production ordering and inventory dynamics is analyzed.
Stability region is proposed for APVIOBPCS supply chain model with variation in lead time.
Supply chain simulation is done with system dynamic approach using VENSIM.

A case study presented of 50 KLPD capacity distillery was presented to achieve zero discharge.
Zero discharge schemes are proposed for distillery effluent, Bio composting is used for distillery effluent.
Designed Effluent treatment plant for spent wash from distillery with cost analysis to check feasibility.
