ORDINANCE NO. 12481-2012

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2(E) OF ORDINANCE NO. 11075-2008, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS
THE CCTV INSTALLATION ORDINANCE OF 2008, AS AMENDED, SO AS TO INCLUDE
ESTABLISHMENTS WITH GROSS INCOME OF P600,000.00 AND ABOVE IN THE NO CCTV, NO
PERMIT POLICY AUTHORIZED THEREIN EFFECTIVE JANUARY 2013
Whereas, the City Mayor has recommended the amendment of Section 2(E) of Ordinance No. 110752008, otherwise known as the CCTV Installation Ordinance of 2008, as amended in Ordinance No. 12135-2011,
so as to include establishments with gross income of P600,000.00 and above in the No CCTV, No Permit
Policy as one of the requirements in the renewal of existing business permit effective January 2013;
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council (Sangguniang Panlungsod) of the City of Cagayan de Oro in
session assembled that:
SECTION 1. - Section 2(E) of Ordinance No. 11075-2008, otherwise known as the CCTV Installation
Ordinance of 2008, as amended, is hereby amended so as to include establishments with gross income of
P600,000.00 and above in the No CCTV, No Permit Policy authorized therein effective January 2013, to read
in full as follows:

In relation to Paragraph (A) of this Section, the City Mayor is hereby authorized to
cancel the business permits of High-Risk Establishments found not complying with
the provision/s of this Ordinance, or implement a No CCTV, No Business Permit
Policy for establishments with gross income of P600,000.00 and above effective
January 2013.

SECTION 2. - This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
